This first chapter is pretty crap so feel free to skip it. I also spell Prof. Thorne incorrectly a lot so pls correct me.

3rd POV

It had been a few months since Argon's fall. In that time Valentina had managed to deal with her situation with Malekif. With no clear threat to Hogwarts, everyone was starting to unwind. The teachers had all gotten back into rhythm teaching and the students had started to move on from the stress of the past few months. It was at this time that one of the captured supporters of Argon had been called in, for he had something to share with the staff.

After being escorted into a room the Supporter was met with the presence of Headmaster Hudley, Prof. Raine, Prof. Darling, Prof. Hawk, Prof. Thorne, and Prof. Pine.

"Why did you request a final meeting before being carted off to Azkaban?" Headmaster Hudley asked.

"Since I realized that there was no coming back I realized that it would be prudent to share this with you all," he paused "During his stay near Hogwarts he had brought a prisoner from Ireland. He kept them in a small room underground away from the camp. He said 'they were too powerful to keep near a large group of people'. I only saw them a few times as I was assigned to accompany Argon and his trips to meet them,".

The professors sat in silence processing what they had heard. A prisoner? Powerful?

Finally, Pine spoke up. "Why are you telling us this?"

"Because we never let them out. And I want to bring them here,". he said.

"Why here?" asked Darling, suspiciously.

"Because they are a child,"

"Argon kept a child prisoner?" asked Thorne appalled.

"Yes. He seemed to think they weren't a child and something much more. I never thought the same but I did not try and correct him,".

There was a pause. "So, will you allow me to bring them here?"

The teachers all looked at each other. And decided to discuss. They went outside the classroom and talked.

"So, what do you all think is the right choice?" Hawk asked.

"Well, obviously we have to bring the child here. If what he said was true then they are probably starving, terrified and scared," said Thorne.

"I would normally agree with you, Professor Thorne, but you heard what he said the child was thought to be powerful. They could be a danger to the students," said Raine.

"This is Argon we are talking about and he wasn't exactly right in the head. I say we bring them here," said Darling.

"All who agree to allow the child to come here say "I"," said Hudley.

Thorne, Darling, Hawk, and Hudley said I.

"So, it's settled. We bring the child here. Darling are you willing to accompany him to the place he spoke of?" Hudley said.

"Of, course,"

Darling's POV

With that, I and Argon's supporter walked off of Hogwarts grounds and in the direction of Argon's old camp. We walked in silence for about two hours before the supporter stopped beside a tree. He then grabbed the nearest branch and pulled it down. The trees trunk opened to reveal a ladder. He gestured for me to followed him. We climbed downwards for about 5 minutes before reaching the bottom.

When we reached the bottom I saw an odd room it was similar to the Gryffindor common room but with only two armchairs. Off to the side was a door. We walked over to the door and he opened it. Inside the room was a small desk and two lamps that give the room light. On the other side was a small bed with a young girl sitting on top of it. She looked up and gave us a small smile.

"Hello," the girl said in a soft voice. She stood up and walked up to us. It was then that I got a good look at her. She had elbow-length flame-orange red hair and her eyes were a kaleidoscope, a mixture of green, blue, purple, and little specks of gold. She was fair-skinned but has very light freckles dotted across her cheeks and nose.

"Hello, Kaia. As I am sure you are already aware Argon had died," the supporter said.

"I had a feeling. I'm sorry for your loss. Might I ask who this is?" she says nodding towards me.

"My name is Prof. Gracie Darling," I said smiling at her.

"Why are you two here?" she asks scrunching her eyebrows together.

"She is here to bring you to Hogwarts." the supporter says.

"Oh," she said with a slightly concerned look on her face " are you sure this is a good idea. I mean you know large crowds give me a headache,".

"Oh, I'm sure we can find somewhere out of the way for you," I said trying to reassure her.

"It's not like I have anywhere else to be, I'll come."

The supporter then leads us back out of the odd prison. As we reach the top and we start our trek back to Hogwarts. I feel a tug on my sleeve. I turn around.

"Would you like me to take us back to Hogwarts?" she says in a soft voice.

"Um... it's impossible to apparate inside of Hogwarts grounds. So I don't-" She cuts me off.

"I don't appreciate I mean I can just quickly fly us there on enchanted branches if you want. King of like broomsticks," she said picking up three large branches that had been littered on the floor.

"Sure,"

She held all of the sticks and closed her eyes within the cracks in the bark glowed a bright bluish color before fading out. She then opened her eyes and dropped the branches they stopped falling and levitated about three feet of the ground. She then lightly pushed on to each of us. She mounted her own and waited for us to mount.

After I got over my slight shock I mounted my stick and we flew back to Hogwarts. She was right as it only took about twenty minutes to get back to Hogwarts. As we crossed the line of enchantments and the walls. I glanced back at Kaia and saw as she twitched right as she crossed the border.

As we flew on I saw the few teachers who were parts of the interrogation at the doors. We stopped and dismounted our "broomsticks". I tried to hand it back to her but she just said;

"It's okay, you can keep it,".

The other teachers walked up to meet us.

"Oh my lord! He was telling the truth!". Professor Thorne rushed up to meet Kaia.

"Are you okay? Are you hurt? Do you need to go to the hospital wing?" She said rambling and looking over the girl's arm. She seemed to stiffen a little when Thorne had touched her. She smiled at Thorne assuring her she was fine. She looked at the other teachers and seemed to study each of them.

"Miss Darling, would it be okay if I went with this man here *she points at Hudley* to clear up any sensitive information that could determine where it is safe for me to stay here?" she asked me.

"Um... why Hudley and why not everyone?" I asked.

"Mister, Hudley you called him, is if I'm right to assume the Headmaster at this school?"

"Yes... how did you know that?"

"Body language and things I picked up on from listening to Mister Argon talk about the staff. Anyways, why only him is the fact that the information that I will relay to him is quite extream and I'm sure you trust him enough to make the correct decision," she said calmly, not dropping her understanding smile.

I stood there stunned and just waited form someone to do something. Finally, Hudley spoke up.

"Very well you seem clever enough to know what's best," he said " Teachers return to you classes or rooms, Ill get her settled in and come and relay any dire information in the mourning."

We all stood there in silence form a moment while Hudley leads Kaia to his study. Slowly we all made it back to the castle. To wait for the outcome.

I hope anyone who reads this enjoys it. Not that I care, this is purely for my own enjoyment.
