All I wanted to do was arrive in Russia and meet the people who are supposedly and possibly my birth parents.

But instead, I had to wait long and tiring hours of being on a ship that made it seem like we would never get there with a British lass who seems to care so much for me.

It makes no sense, really. For one minute she acts as if I'm the most god awful human being and the next she's completely enamored  with me.

I couldn't help but to feel quite bored, considering I've been aboard the Derwent for way too long and my legs are beginning to feel quite tired of the feeling of being aboard a moving ship.

I'm more than just lucky to get away from the man Olsen Morley, for if I hadn't I would have most likely been dead by now.

I believe that I'm more than just thankful to have Phoebe with me, for I would've never gotten out of that house if it weren't for her, but I still have things happening in my head that seem a little too dark to say out loud to her.

She'd probably think I'm crazy if I said what went on inside my brain, quite honestly, and she'd probably never want to talk to me again if she heard it all.

You gotta love Phoebe, but sometimes she's quite ignorant, but that is besides the point.

Phoebe looked at me, smiling a huge smile that made my heart melt.

"Why are you so jolly today?" I question.

She looked down at her food, and gulped down some more until there was only a little left.

"Angus! Why shouldn't I be excited... hmmm? We only have nearly a week or a week and a half until we get there! Isn't that worth being jolly for? We're almost to your homeland!"

I shrugged,

"Correction; I could be wrong about my hunch. It may not even be my homeland."

She clicked her tongue,

"No, no, no! We've discussed this! You are the missing Russian prince! There's been so many reasons to prove it."

"But we aren't sure!" I exclaimed, "We could always possibly just be wrong!"

She looked at me pathetically, tilting her head to the side,

"You really think we're wrong? After all we've been through, you really believe that we're wrong? Hmmm?"

"Fine, I'll believe you for once. But if you think I'll get my hopes up, you are wrong."

She gave me a wry smile,

"Good. Now, what's our plan for today? Shall we prepare for arrival and what you are supposed to say to your mother and father?" Phoebe asked.

"No!" I screamed, "Please no. At least for now, I think I'll just relax, you know? Since there's really nothing better to do."

"Fine," Phoebe responded, "Then at least help me pack up my stuff, pack up my stuff. Or really, sorry, Anne Morley's stuff. Do you even think it's messed up I stole a dead woman's clothes at all? Or should I say; his dead wive's old clothes?"

I looked up at her, and practically spit out my water.

"Of course I think it's wrong!" I exclaim, "But what else were you supposed to do?"

She sat there, looking at me like I was the most strangest human being she's ever seen.

"Fine, you did the right thing."

I nodded, satisfied with myself. Then drifted off to a daydream, or at least, what I thought was just a daydream.

"My boy, go help your brother in the garden. Go on, run to him!" A calming female voice spoke softly.

I looked up to the figure of the woman, nodding slowly. She had two long braids, both the color of coffee, and maybe a little darker.

Her figure hovered over mine, and I could tell she was quite tall. Or at least, taller than me.

"Go on!" She told, "I'll be right here when you get back."

I ran to the direction of the open and large doorway, running to the front of the garden as fast as I possibly could.

A boy who looked similar to what I look like greeted me by a line of bushes.

He held out his hand, and I grabbed it.

The boy ran faster, dragging me along with him and holding me close. We ran all around a large and bright castle, spinning all around over and over again.

"Mikhail!" He screamed, "Where is papa?"

I shrugged,

"How should I know?"

The boy sighed, and we came into where the woman was, holding a bunch of flowers in our arms.

He gave me a look, and pointed towards the direction of where the woman used to be.

"W...wha—"

I turned right in front of me, and my jaw dropped, as the flowers in both the boy and I's arms dropped to the ground.

Right where the thrones stood, more particularly, the king's throne, was a dark figure as well as a man who was as light complexed as me.

The dark figure wore a whole entire black bodysuit, and held up a knife to the man on the throne. Presumably, the king.

The woman's jaw dropped, as she pointed towards the throne.

She turned towards us, whispering quietly,

"Vladimir, Mikhail, run!"

We ran for our life, up the steps and down a light hallway. The boy next to me, Vladimir was his name? He pushed open a door and pushed me upon the large bed.

A girl laid in the bed, and the boy Vladimir looked at her, with his eyes widening by the second,

"We must hide."

The girl looked at him, hushing him as a maid braided her hair the same way as the woman below us had hers.

"No!" Vladimir exclaimed, "Annika! This is serious, there is an intruder inside the castle. We must hide righ—"

That's when the gunshot sounded, and the maid fell to the ground, and the images before me all of a sudden began to feel oh so very real, and almost as though I had seen it before.
