Chapter 36

Ross eyes widen: " What happened?!" He says as he began to stand up.

Rydel: " She's gone! I was in her bedroom trying to calm her down and then she finally let her tears fall, but I think she was faking it. Cause after that she want me to get her phone and I stupidly went to go get it. When I came back she was gone! This was left on her bed." She hands him a note. Everybody suddenly come in the room.

Ross grabs it and reads it out loud: " Dear everybody, I've brought so much pain to myself. I left to save myself from starting new problems! If anyone dares come for me they will.... Love Laura." Ross's eyes had widen as he look up at Rydel.

Rikki: " Ooo we better go save her. I'm driving!" She gets the keys.

Rydel laughs: " No I am." Rydel tries to pull the keys away from her. Then they both start to growl for some odd reason. Ross then snatches the keys when they had dropped it. He ran away to....... NOTHING! He had forgotten that the new car they got was stolen yesterday by the people who live across from them! Ross groans and stomps his foot.

Rikki smirks: " Well looks like you'll be walking. RYDEL!!!" Rydel then comes running out.

Rydel: " What?"

Rikki: " The car was stolen and luckily I have a limo! So lets go look for Laura down that way. Rocky is coming with us!" She said pointing to the direction. She then got rocky, the reason was Laura's note said ' if anyone dares comes looking for me they will...', so rocky will be the one who will have to face the wrath of Laura and what she plans to do with him. So Ross is head a different direction than them, he also with Riker and Ratliff. Rydel had totally forgot to call Laura's mom since she was worried so much!

Ross's POV

So as Riker, Ratliff, and I head toward the wood as of where Rydel, Rocky, and Rikki were head to the city! Which malls are at, dang we should of never let them go that way.

Ratliff: " Why does a lot of things happen when come around when I came to your house? "

Ross says frustrated: " I don't know! Just beware of traps Laura could of set up. "  We keep walking until I here Ratliff freaking out!  I turn around to see Riker's foot about to be chopped of on a bear trap! Ratliff just keeps screaming. I'm a bit scared myself, my heart is face as if I'm the one about TO HAVE THEIR FOOT CHOPPED OF! Sweat drops down my face.

Riker then instructs: " Ratliff or Ross read the instructions on the bear trap! It's right there! " He points to it. Ratliff pushed me forward which scares me!

Ross then yells: " RATLIFF DON'T YOU EVER PUSH ME! OR YOU'LL BE THE PERSON TO HAVE THEIR FOOT CHOPPED OFF BY ME! " I was frustrated and scared. I had sweaty palms and I then got down to read the directions. I was so close to the trap that it seemed like my eye was going to get chopped off! I read the directions carefully!

Laura's POV

I was laying down on a massage bed while getting a deep tissue massage. Ahh this feels so good! I am eating chip too! I wonder where is Rydel? I left her a stick note on my bed I'll be getting a massage! This relieves stress and pain! No worries! I have to do this more often!

Rydel's POV

I don't think we'll ever find Laura! The city's mall is huge! Plus I keep stopping since I need a break from walking. Plus I see such an adorable clothes! Like earlier I bought these pink pumps! Also a pink jacket! Then we stop to since Rocky wanted to get this thing! We all stopped for some good since Rikki suggested we do. We all then start looking again. As we passed by the spa, I had to at least get a foot massage since my feet hurt. We all then went in. Then we saw a petite brunette with highlights. I should text the guys, but not now.

Rydel: " Rocky go over to Laura. " Rocky nodded and walked over to. Rikki and I took cover so Laura wouldn't notice us. I watch carefully and then I looked at Rikki to see if she was still there! And she was there, but was playing on her phone. I then look back to see that Rocky is getting a shoulder massage with Laura. Uh? I hit Rikki arm and she almost falls. She looks at me a bit angry. I laugh and she shrugs it off.

Rikki: " So what is it? "

Rydel: " Well.... Look like we're going to get our message anyways! " We come out of binding and go over to Laura! Laura smiled and slightly waves with her hand. I sit down with Rikki and we then get a shoulder massage.  Laura tells the lady she has us cover, which is kind of her.

Rydel: " Laura I though you ran away? The note said that you didn't want anyone coming after you."

Laura laughs: " No that not was the note I made when I was 10. I was looking at it cause it makes me laugh. "

Rocky: " That explains sloppy hand writing. Except the ending that cursive handwriting is good! " I then transition to a foot massage which makes me want to just get a pillow and relax more!

Rikki laughs: " So need to worry about you. I get a massage too! Well we should do this more often. Maybe without Rocky cause that just feels weird. "

Rocky: " Hey! Many of girls would love to have a day getting massage with me. Or just hanging out with me. You just got lucky my friend."

Rikki: " No it cause I'm specially. You are too, but differently. "

Laura laughs: " You guys are so funny! " I laugh along with Laura.

] At the Lynch's house [

Ryland comes down stairs and shouts: " Hey Ross could I borrow-." He then realized nobody was in the kitchen or living room. He check the other rooms. Not a single person was there, but him. He then realized he was hungry and head toward the kitchen. He opened up the fridge.

Ryland: " Does the youngest always have to be forgotten? No, but they could of at least left SOME food in the fridge! They are such cows!" Ryland then frustratingly eats a piece of toast. That's all they left him and a can of pineapple juice that was half drunken. Oh wait! There was some cookies left! Just the crumbs -.- ! Ryland just barely got a strong taste of the cookie crumbs. He was hungry! He drank the sour tasting pineapple juice. So Ryland kept looking around for the least bit of food. In the last hour he found a cheerio that was on the floor under the fridge. He was tempted to eat it, but a mouse got to it first! Ryland could order or get food, but he had been robbed from his money by his siblings! He also used up his money gambling with his grandparents. He should of never played are you smarter than an old person! Well looks like Ryland will be hungry and thirsty until his parents or siblings come back!

Ratliff's Pov

OH MY LORD!  RIKER IS ABOUT HIS FOOT CHOPPED OFF. WORLD SPINNING. GETTING BLACK. I'M SOOOOOOOOO DEAD! ( He passed out )

Ross's Pov

So Ratliff just passed out which makes me a bit more scared that I'll pass out! So I carefully do what the instructions say. As I make it to the last step my hand get more sweater!  I then did the last step. Riker quickly took his foot out and the thing quickly chomp together. That

gave me a jump scare. I sometimes hate jump scares! I hug Riker so scared and he pushed me away! I want to cry! Can someone please hold me or at least hug me! Ratliff woke up and said he was leaving home. He couldn't take all of this. He's such a wuss.
