"Wake up liyah" Maya said as I was opening my eyes
"I'm up maya" I said
"Your dad texted me telling me we spending the day with him" She said
"Yea he wanted to hang out with us like old times" I said
"Ok well I'm going to get dressed with you but you really need to get up and take a shower" She said
"Ok" I said
I hopped up out of bed and she went to her room. Yes maya has her own room. My parents love her like she's their own I just wish my mom was still here. Ok no time for sad thoughts it's time for me to get ready. I took a shower,did my hygiene,and got dressed.
"Come on girls your taking forever" My dad said
"Ight dang" I said
"Don't make me beat your ass Maliyah" My dad said making me shut up quick
Maya came out of her room and we headed downstairs.
"I don't approve of those outfits but come on" My dad said

We laughed at him. First we went to the movies. Then to the skating rink. Lastly we went to the park while my dad go do something.
