SUMMARY: Andie Topaz was born with inhuman abilities, because her mother was an alien and her father was human. Her father abandoned her as a child, claiming that he couldn't handle raising someone with powers. So her mother raised her to the best of her ability.
Andie was a bright girl with powers that grew every day. She has telekinetic powers that are very hard to control, especially for a child. Her mother trained her to use her powers, and taught her armed and unarmed combat. She went to school and managed to keep a low profile. She lived a pretty mundane life until her mother was brutally murdered.
At first, she wasn't sad. She was angry. So angry. The police told her they'd do their best to find the person that did it, but the police have never been very helpful for Andie's family. That's why she decided to take matters into her own hands. She tracked down the person that did it and beat him to a pulp. She was just about to kill him when Bruce Wayne found her and talked her down. The man will spend the rest of his life rotting in a jail cell.
Bruce was a friend of Andie's mother and wanted to take her in. However, Andie refused to live with him, not liking his icy demeanor. She decided to go live with her mother's best friends, Hank and Dawn in the District of Columbia. Dawn and Hank both loved the fiery redhead to pieces and were vigilantes themselves. So they decided to adopt her.
Everything is normal until Rachel Roth dreams about her and Dick Grayson. Rachel and Dick find her at Dawn and Hank's apartment days after, and Andie finds herself having to help stop the end of the world.
EXTRA: -Andie is a BIG softie, and she's super soft for Rachel -She literally makes heart eyes at Rachel 24/7 and not so discreetly flirts with her -Andie becomes sort of like an anchor to Rachel and helps her control her dark side. Rachel is the same way with her. Andie's normally a pretty chill person but she can get upset when she's overwhelmed. They help each other through those spells without fearing one another -Hank and Dawn are the only family Andie has, even if they're not blood. She loves them and needs them. Hank and Dawn are supportive of her and shower her in love -Gar and Andie quickly become friends after meeting, their giddy personalities clashing well together -Andie and Jason's friendship has a rough start. He's mean to her at first, but she's the only one that makes an effort to actually know him. She manages to get through the tough guy exterior after a while -Andie admires the older Titans -Andie is an artist. She likes to express herself through art. She spends a lot of time painting and sketching. She draws her friends and likes to draw Rachel the most -Finally, Andie doesn't really need to use her powers to win a fight. She's skilled with her staff, and knows how to hold her own
