Her sworn Angel

Week 4

Minerva's pov

Yukino and I were both in the living room and I was checking her jaw. From what I saw it was better and Yukino was able to talk clearly now. On top of that she was able to eat without pain.

I wondered if I really had to take her home if so I much rather go with her to make sure that she was safe. 

We met about a month ago but during that time Yukino and I became rather close. We have a good bond but I had a feeling it was going to be a short one since Yukino was only staying until she was fully recovered from her painful time.

"Minerva?"

"Yes?"

"I don't want to go back."

I blinked but nodded.

"Believe me Yukino, I don't want you to go back either. If anything I much rather you stayed with me or at least find a safer place to live."

"...."

"I know about the school that you're going to, it'll be best if you finish that first."

She looked at me.

"How did you know I was taking a class?"

"Oh, I went through your phone when you first moved in. I was trying to find out what all happened to you and how you ended up here. That also includes going through your messages."

She looked away then I backed up.

"I still don't know how you ended up in that mall. What all happened?"

Yukino hugged herself and I had to keep myself controlled. Since Yukino moved in I became protective of her. I went to her and lifted her face with my hands so that she was looking at me.

"Please tell me, Yukino."

"...promise you tell Rogue."

I nodded.

"I promise."

Tears streamed down her face.

"My sister was out of town and her friends came into the house. I was about to go to bed and one of them told me that if I tried to fight back they would shoot me. They took me to a shed so that no one would see us. I asked them to let me go and that I would say anything but Karen told me that I wouldn't say anything because I couldn't talk. I didn't know what she meant at the time and Karen hit me in the head with a pole knocking me out and dislocating my jaw."

I sat down next to her and Yukino went on.

(FLASHBACK)

Yukino's pov

I had finished my summer report for school. I was in the middle of summer break so I now had a month and a half to relax.

I layed in bed and soon fell asleep.

I was woken up by a sound of the front door closing. I opened my eyes only to hear my bedroom door open. 

The next thing I knew Jenny and Millianna had both grabbed a hold of me to hold me in place then Karen came in. Karen pulled out her gun pointing it at my head then smiled.

"Be a good girl and stay quiet Yukino. If you give us any trouble I will shoot you and break your limbs."

I was terrified then they took me out of my home. Karen threw some of my clothes into a suitcase then we all left my home.

We arrived to a shed that was outside of town and I was tied to a chair. I looked at Karen who still had her gun pointed at me.

She looked at me.
