It was a week after graduation. Marcus and I went half and half to buy an apartment. We bought a penthouse 2 hours away. It had two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It was big with an awesome view.
I put all of my clothes and belongings in my jeep. I stopped by Marcus's house, so he could put his stuff in. We left on the way to a new life.
We loved the view of the city. Pretty sights everywhere, and stores. Marcus and I got home and unpacked. We set sight to look for a job. We both decided to work at the mall. He worked at Cinnabon, while I worked at Bath & Body Works.
We started a happy and new life.
