Ch.10 Recovery

3rd POV

While (Y/N) lied down in a bed recovering, Sirzechs brought Venelana back to underworld where she was immediately met with her worried husband and daughter. As the two hugged her, they both noticed Venelana covered in dirt from the battle just a few minutes go.

Zeoticus : "Are you alright? You're covered in dirt and blood, we'll get the bath ready for you"

He quickly snaps his fingers at his servants and they quickly leave to prepare the bath.

Rias : "I was so worried mother, when father contacted me I came over immediately"

Venelana : "Thank you sweetie, but there is something I must confess to all of you"

Sirzechs : "Is this really the place mother? We should head inside first and talk there"

Venelana nods and walks inside the Gremory mansion, she takes a seat next to Sirzechs as Zeoticus and Rias sat in front of her.

Venelana : "What I'm going to say might change all of our lives, so I hope you're ready"

Rias : "What is it mother?"

Zeoticus : "Please speak your mind if anything is bothering you"

Venelana : "Alright, do you remember when I disappeared for two years after Rias was born?"

Zeoticus : "Why yes I do, you've never mentioned where you were so I've always been wondering"

Venelana : "Well, I came to the human world during that time, I didn't know what I was doing or where I was going, I just wanted to be alone after giving birth to Rias"

Rias : "Mom....."

Venelana : "That's when I met a young man named Hirose Kouta"

Rias : 'Kouta? Where have I heard that before?'

Venelana : "He treated me like a woman, he took me out of the cold dark world and gave me everything I wanted, a year later I fell in love him and we produced a child together"

Zeoticus : "Y-you what?"

Rias : "Mother! What are you saying!?"

Venelana : "Rias, you have a little brother, he goes to Kuoh Academy and his name is (Y/N) Kouta"

Rias eyes widen at his and covers her face with her hands from the shock. Meanwhile, Zeoticus is completely speechless from hearing the news of his cheating wife and just looks at the ground to avoid eye contact with her.

Zeoticus : "So what the kidnapper said was true!? H-how could you do this to me?"

Venelana : "When I gave birth to Rias, I saw you with your harem and..... It made me feel worthless, I just gave birth to our daughter and you were out having sex while I suffered from depression! How could you do that to me?"

Zeoticus : "I-I can't handle this, I'm heading out"

He quickly stands up and leaves the room, slamming the door as hard as he can to get the message across. Rias was still in shock and unresponsive to the news.

Venelana : "Well then, I suppose I'll take my leave then"

She stands up and bows to both of her children and heads towards the door. Sirzechs immediately stood up and grabbed his mother by the shoulder, stopping her.

Sirzechs : "Where are you going?"

Venelana : "I'm leaving, I assume that's what your father would want"
