She woke up to connor and the nurse having a conversation..."I remember nothing not even my name" she heard him say.

She sighs he won't remember me then....

After a couple more minutes she hears her hitting on him..."you can reside in my house until you get your memories back"

She grits her teeth and sighs again "he was always oblivious to people hitting on him"

then nurse leaves, and after a couple minutes she stands up and moves and curtain to find him already asleep...."guess he will get some memory back..that's good but that means more waiting for me" she roams around the room and starts reading a book she found the previous day..."the great war that brought heaven down and made the demons and demonoids alike stronger"

"This battle was unknown until humans kind found monsters and angels fighting 1 day...the strongest angel there was also part goddess because of the god that was killed in the battle because he was the strongest and smartest for being the oldest god even tho the god of knowledge was supposed to be the smartest...the god unnamed was better then every other god"

"That's how human kind found magic and how we seek to find this god because of a legend that says when he died he killed every other god besides 1 who turned him mortal and now he is wrapped up in chains that can't be broken without the required weapons which were his weapons that could kill anything specifically made for him by the greatest black Smith until his execution for making the god his weapons"

"They say he died with a smile and said....he'll be seeing you all tonight and everyone says they never saw the people who rooted for his death again"

She sets the book down and sees him looking at her "so your finally awake... took you long enough connor"

"Y...you know me" he stammered
"Yea you were my partner...but you won't remember now" she sighs

"Y...yea sorry about that" he looks down
"I had a dream just now tho but it didn't feel like a dream i heard someone yell my name as I slowly drifted into unconscious I felt someone pick me up"

She smiles "that would have been me but our...uh my captain carried you the rest of the way because I needed treatment as well"

He blushes a bit but doesn't know why "oh
..uhh thank you.."

She smiles "there is no need to"

He looks up and smiles back "so I have 2 questions"

"What's on your mind" she says with a frown

"So you said were partners so I was wondering what kind of partners we are....and what I should call you" he said as he forgets about his wounds

"Well we uhhh....were kinda partners in a romantic way and we were partners as in fighting the monsters together....but for now ig I'll have to do it alone...and call me mk... that's what you used to do"

He blushes some more "oh..uh I'm sorry.... but I'll still help you fight while I gain my memorys back and ok" he smiles "I'll call you mk still"

She smiles "thank you"
