Chica walked by me once I left the room. "Hey Chica? Have you talked to Foxy recently?"
"Yeah, just about an hour ago. Why?"
"I think he's gonna get himself fired. The lad's missed six days already." Lad? Great Ursa Minor! We've rubbed off on each other.
"Give him another chance." She pleaded. "And lighten up. You've been so... grouchy." I had to resist pawing her in the face as she pecked at my shoulder. After she left, I tried to call Foxy again, but his dialer went straight to voicemail.
"Hello, you're calling Foxy, but I cannot reach the phone at this time. Leave me a message, and I'll get back to ye."
I sighed, waited for the beep, and then spoke. "Hey, we need you at the pizzaria. Where are you?"
