Harry was walking around his new classroom adding the finishing touches to customize it when there was a knock at the door. He swished his wand to open it, and to his surprise Hermione was the one to stride in with a frown on her face. "Uh, Hermione, to what do I owe the pleasure?" Harry uttered. "Stop it Harry. It has been two years since the war and you owl'ed us like two times! What is it with you! We were best friends for years and you just forgot about us." Hermione cried, tears welling in her eyes. "Yeah, well it's not like you owl'ed me either 'Mione. And a lot of stuff has been going on. I promise I'll speak with you later, but I am occupied right now." Harry said in a cold tone. "Fine." Hermione snapped as she turned on her heel and swiftly walked out of the room. "Mother Merlin" Harry muttered under his breath as he got back to work. Suddenly, he heard another knock at the door. "Listen Hermione, I already told you-" Harry started to say turning around before he stopped. "Draco?" He said cocking a brow. "Well I'm certainly not the Weasley." Draco said sarcastically as he strode in and made himself at home at Harry's desk. "So, what was she on about." Draco asked like a gossiping teen as he picked at his nails. Harry held in a snort as he replied. " Ah, she was mad at me for not talking to her for a couple years" it was now Draco's turn to let out a snort. "Are you joking? That's hilarious. I literally haven't talked to my friends since the war and none of them care." Draco said chuckling until he realized how depressing that sounded and stopped. "Uh, I'll be your friend Draco." Harry offered. "No need to treat me like a baby potter, I would gladly talk to you, but I don't need friends." Draco replied stubbornly. "Right, sorry." Harry replied awkwardly. "Well, I had better finish up and head to my sleeping quarters." Harry concluded. "Yeah. See you later Harry." Draco said as he walked himself out.
