Months Later...
Jon brought Evan to a private restaurant.

"This is so nice."
"Well it has to be. This is all for you."
"You're so sappy Jon."
"Only for you."

Evan giggled. Jon couldn't help but stare in disbelief. This man was all his, and he couldn't believe it.

"You okay?"
"Yeah. Just thinking about how in the world you were willing to date me."
"Life's full of surprises. Honestly, I'm surprised I even agreed."
"Hey!"

Evan giggles again. He loved messing with Jon. They still weren't too official yet, but they were fine with it. Jon turned to Evan.

"I want to show you something after this. I think you'll like it. I promise I tried to make it as special as I could."
"We'll see about that."
"Is that a challenge I sense?"
"Maybe."
"You're on."

Evan smirked.

They talked for hours about their future. They wondered of they would last. Evan somewhat had doubts about them, but Jon reassured him that they would be fine. They talked about how people would react if they revealed their relationship. They finished their conversation at eight o clock. Perfect, Jon thought.
