Do you ever just do something that you know you shouldn't do but something keeps pulling you back and makes you make the same mistake twice well that's how it was with me and Aiden...

You see it all started out as a work thing (yeah yeah I know what you're thinking could this get anymore cliche Cher?) Aiden had been one of my back up dancers for a few years now and we were never particularly close...
-
It was coming to the season finale of the Cher Show and I was preparing the party for after the season finale to celebrate the end of another season of The Cher Show for just the cast and crew and close family.
-
I walked over to Aiden and said "so is Priya joining us tonight?" Like don't get me wrong he wasn't great looking and he definitely wasn't the most artistic actor but I thought what's the harm in having a conversation with him. So I sat on the table and waited for his response and he replied with "well Priya's so consumed with her job that she told me that she can't make it. But don't get me wrong we have a great marriage but work just gets in the way even though it shouldn't" he sighed gently.
-
I just looked at him strangely for a second and thought "well he's been with her for fifteen years and married eight years that's what he was telling us but still no kids, still looking for a house nearer to her as he's working in LA and she's living in Aubrey which is at least a three hour drive even if you manage to avoid the LA traffic"
-
After I snapped myself out of my thoughts I looked him dead in the eye and said "so which part of your life with her is the wonderful part?" The second them words came out I realized how bitter I sounded and Aiden just glared at me so I decided it was about time I made my exist. So I slid off the table and gave Aiden an apologetic look and walked into my dressing room to get ready for the party.
-
Around two hours later the party was about to begin and I walked out of the dressing room and over to the party venue wearing my Bob Mackie red velvet dress feeling confident and ready to have a good time.
-
When I got to the club I was the first one on the dance floor and Aiden was the first one at the bar. I danced to a few songs but I just couldn't focus properly at all I kept glancing at Aiden and I had to know what was wrong with him.
-
When the song ended I walked over to Aiden and asked him what was up and  I wasn't prepared for his response "just missing my wife why'd you care?" His tone was almost violent with me and changed my mood from concerned to it's not my problem.
-
So I got back up and strolled over to my manager Mark for a dance and we laughed while dancing and as Mark leaned in for a kiss Aiden came over and twirled me into his arms which I was not expecting at all but I went with the flow and allowed the dance to become slower with the song.
