Nayeon's PoV
We are going to surprise the twins. They are still sleeping since they don't have any classes today which is really great to start their birthday with. Someone ring the door bell..

Jihyo: Can someone get the door bell? We are all busy here.
Dahyun: I'll get it eonnie~!

She left to open the door. She came back after sometime with Jungkook and his groupmates.

Nayeon: You really came? I thought you are-
Jungkook: Of course I'll come. I told you I regretted everything I said and I wanted to change those things.

I nodded. I let him follow me so he can see the twins. We went inside to see them sleeping next to each others even though they have their own bed.

Jungkook: these two are the twins?
Nayeon: (nods) yes. Jungyeon is the oldest while the youngest is Jungna.

We notice that the twins started to wake up so we stay quiet. They notice me sitting at the edge of Jungyeon's bed before noticing Jungkook on the other side of te bed.

Jungna: Eomma? Who is he? What is he doing here?
Nayeon: don't be scared, sweetheart. Come here. He is your appa. The one you girls kept on waiting to come.
Jungyeon: A-appa? You came! You knew today is our birthday!

Jungkook's PoV
I couldn't help but to get teary after hearing her call me her appa. They came towards me as the hug me. They started to cry once they felt I was real. I hug them tightly.

Jungkook: Shh. I'm here now. Appa is here now. Appa won't leave you girls alone again. I'm very sorry.
Jungna: Y-you won't leave us again? As in never?
Jungkook: Yes. I will always stay by your sides. Appa is very sorry.
Jungyeon: Y-you are really appa...

Nayeon's PoV
I look at them smiling as I saw what I really wanted to see in my whole life. To see my girls, my twins, happy. And I hope this will continue.

Jungkook: Happy birthday, my sweethearts.
