3rd POV
"So, what have we learned?"
Kaede, who had her arms crossed, stared at the two students in front of her whilst tapping her foot off the ground in both annoyance and impatience.
The two in question were both down on their knees in front of her with comedic large bumps on their heads. Kirin was obviously uncomfortable. Her small movements and twitches along with her small whimpers of discomfort gave her away easily. Though her partner in crime was staying completely still as if the foreign position was nothing new to him.
The entire class watched Kaede both punish them and lecture them. They were watching...from a safe distance...outside the classroom...hiding...cowards.
It was a miracle that they could even bear to watch.
"That we shouldn't...greet each other...normally anymore..." Kirin managed, with great effort and struggle, to say her faults in this. However, her disapproval and disappointment were plain for all to see.
No one could bear to argue against that since it was the first time they had seen two people reunite with a knife fight.
"So, are you two going to be good children and try your best not to cause me trouble?"With the voice of innocence that could rival a naive child, the intensity of that sentence was expanded to a degree where even the onlookers started to back away. For the other two who were receiving it directly, they had to endure the sight of her sweet yet terrifying smile.
"You understand, right?"
"...Yes..." Kirin mumbled as her shoulders slumped down in defeat.
"I apologize, but I fail to see-"
"R I G H T ? !"
"Yes, ma'am."
Before he even had the chance, she had leaned down so their faces were mere centimeters apart, the shadows that appeared on her face along with the sweetest and kindest eyes closed smile he had ever seen her give made all the alarms in his head go into overdrive. He was backed into a corner and decided to do the logical thing and give up before it was too late.
"Perfect. Then shall we go?"
He tilted his head in confusion at her words. He could not guess what she had meant.
"Please elaborate on what you are referring to."
"She doesn't need to," A new voice rang out. The mere sound of reaching the ears of both Kaede and Kirin made them both narrow their eyes and glare at the source. Kirin even stood up growling at Chifuyu who was standing at the door. If it weren't for Yn grasping her wrist at the last moment, she would have charged straight at her.
But at the moment, there was a silent glaring contest going on between the two teachers, and Kaede was winning.
"I'll explain. You're being transferred," Chifuyu stated, causing many gasps and chatting in the mass of people that made even more distance from the growing tension from the presence of the two teachers.
"Transferred? But the year has barely begun and I am the class representative, I do not believe that-"
"Shut it! This isn't up to you, you have no authority here so remember your place."
Her words were harsh, but they did nothing to him. He simply sat there, his position unchanged from the start. At this point, everyone in the class had evacuated to the ends of the hallways, though they felt as if they were still within the splash zone, they wanted to be able to hear.
