"Young Master Baramee, We have arrived."
Beam threw his arms up for a stretch and let out a small yawn at the back seat of the Mercedes Benz, the leather seats making squeaky sounds every time he moved.
He definitely did not have a good sleep yesterday because of the constant chattering by stupid Mingkwan. That big head was nervous about his first day at the notorious Engineering Faculty of Kantaphat University apparently. What could that troublemaker be nervous about?
He kept both Beam and Gulf up to listen to his rant and telltale horror of the sotus for the whole night. As the result, this Med freshman was beyond sleepy.
The young master Baramee stepped out of the car without a word with his backpack hanging loose from his right shoulder.
The driver took it as his cue to leave and wai at him before retreating back into the car to drive away.
So this was it. He was finally a university student. A medicine student just like how he wanted.
"Beammy Patootie!"
Beam made a sharp turn on his heel because of the embarrassing nickname followed by his infamous death glare, just to be greeted by MingKwan leaning against his bike while smiling like an idiot and waving at him. Beside him was a cross-armed Gulf who looked like he had been forced to babysit the said idiot early in the morning.
"What the Fuck, Ai'Ming?! Do you want a black eye early in the morning?!"
"Aww stop being so violent early in the morning, beammy. Come to daddy."
Gulf scoffed on his spot, already smelling a bickering battle between his idiot friends. He did not sign up for this. Having to babysit these two adolescents throughout the high school was more than enough.
"Shush the two of you. You can do your cat fight after I got my morning dose of caffeine." Gulf interfered before Beam could retort and dragged the two by the strap of their bags towards the nearest canteen.
Three of them stopped by at the canteen of the medicine faculty since it was the nearest to the parking lot that they were in.
Beam and Ming were definitely more bearable after he took a few sip of his Iced Americano.
"So Beam, what's on your schedule for today?"
"....."
"Beam?!"
Gulf looked to his side when he was not given any answers and Ming nudged his head towards Beam who was already stopped by some girl in the middle of the canteen, busy exchanging numbers.
"See ya around, Handsome!"
"Sure thing, babe." Beam winked at the retreating girl and shoved his phone back into the pant's pocket.
"Oh for pete sake, Baramee. It's been less than one hour since we have stepped into the campus and you're gonna go there?" Gulf groaned at his friend, chewing on the poor straw of his drink.
"Chill, GuGu. Beammy is just being himself."
"Hia, Ai'Ming! Stop calling me that!"
"Huh, now you know how I feel, Ai' Gulfield. Plus, networking is important." Beam snorted playfully and took a seat on the vacant set of tables.
"Networking, My arse. You just wanna bang."
"GuGu, no bad words!" Ming interjected again, earning a glare each from both of his friends, to which he responded by raising his arms to show defeat accompanied by an intense pout.
