Hello readers. First of all, thank you so much for reading this far. I hope you enjoyed the story until now. Unfortunately, I won't be continuing it further. Below is a small explanation for those of you who are interested.
I began writing stories about Deepveer last year. Personally it was a difficult time in my life, and writing about them was an escape. A year has passed, I've moved on, and I'm ready to let go of those memories and live my own life rather than writing about somebody else's.
To those of you who've encouraged me and loved my stories, thank you so much for that. It really made me smile to read your comments. Reading them even now makes me smile. It's always good to know that what you've written resonates with someone else. So thank you very, very much.
I also want to send a little thanks out into the universe for the two people who inspired my stories. Their love story has touched many people's hearts. I'm happy for them and wish them all the best in their lives. I also want to apologise to them. By writing these stories I've selfishly contributed to the mythos surrounding their lives that makes it difficult for them to live as they would wish to. So, to Deepika and Ranveer, the real Deepika and Ranveer, my gratitude and my apologies. I hope they never read these stories, or if by some strange chance they do, that they see the humour and good wishes in them.
If you've enjoyed my writing enough to want to read it even when it doesn't involve Deepveer, I invite you to check out my story 'Truth and Consequences'. I've been writing it for a while now and will continue to do so until it is (hopefully) a completed book. It's a love story mixed with a political thriller whose protagonists are a schoolteacher and a restaurateur. Fun fact: it started life as a photo prompt from deepveerian of a fictional universe where characters played by Deepika and Ranveer met at a cafe. It's turned into something entirely more complicated than what I envisioned it to be initially - a simple, sweet love story. But I enjoy what it's become. I hope you will, too.
With that, I close this story and with it this chapter in my life. Thank you, once again, to all the people who've accompanied me on this journey. I couldn't have made it without you.
