Lucifer: What was with the stutter?
Y/N: I'm just not used to being told that I'm loved.
You shrug your shoulders bashfully.
Lucifer: Well, you better get used to it
He attacks you with tickles making you laugh and giggle and throw arms trying to push him off.
Y/N: Stop.
You manage to say between laughs.
Lucifer: Why should I? This is the most I've seen you laugh in what seems like ages.
He climbed on top of you, straddling you, you just looking up at him meeting his, now lustrous, gaze. He slowly leans down not backing down from your gaze, you instinctively lift your head closing the space even more. The tension rose to immense heights as the space closed until he chose to ruin the mood.
Lucifer: So why won't you be mine officially?
You lay your head down on the bed again with a frustrated sigh before you roll your eyes and push him off.
Y/N: Way to kill the mood.
You snap a little.
Lucifer: Hey, I'm just curious.
Y/N: Would you believe me if I said I wasn't ready for a serious relationship? I'm still a teenager I don't want to get tied to anyone too soon, especially if I find them boring.
Lucifer: Have I been boring?
Y/N: So far? No. But it's only been like a week or two.
Lucifer: And look how much we've done in that short time.
Y/N: That's one of the problems if we do everything now it won't be as interesting and fascinating.
Lucifer: I suppose you're right. So you just want to mess around?
Y/N: Yeah a little.
Lucifer: Okay. That's fair. I can respect that.
Y/N: Thank you.
Lucifer: Just promise me. After you're done messing around you'll be mine?
Y/N: I'm not going to promise anything, mainly because I don't know what the future holds. You could find someone better than me, which you deserve.
Lucifer: No. Don't say that.
Y/N: It's true. I'm a broken girl who has no parents, there's plenty of other better girls out there that you deserve.
Lucifer: Hold up. Where is this coming from? What happened to always being there for me through thick and thin? What happened to what you said this morning.
Y/N: Look I never said I wouldn't be there for you, just maybe not in a relationship. I'm not entirely sure! All I know is I'm not ready for a relationship yet. How did it blow up into a whole argument?
Lucifer: I don't know you tell me.
Y/N: You were the one who chose to overreact.
Complete silence filled the room along with a thick tension. You walked to the window and looked out it with your arms crossed in front of you. You heard the bed creak underneath Lucifer's weight as he lifted himself from where he sat. He walked up to you wrapping you in a warm embrace his rested on your shoulder.
Lucifer: I'm sorry princess.
He said in your ear full of emotion causing your guard to be let down a little. Your arms uncrossed and rested on his instead. You could feel a slight smile form on his face then he lifted his head and gave you a peck on the cheek.
