Destiny Islands - 1

Quick note: each chapter will be split up into the specific worlds that they travel to (maybe even parts if they're long enough.) cutscenes that happen in a different world won't be separate though. also the original book was a Kingdom Hearts X Reader, meaning everyone liked the reader. I didn't like that considering how old Chrissy is, so only 1 character will like Chrissy (I know my friends will know who it is and I swear to god if you guys spoil it I'm putting your heads on sticks).

[Chrissy's P.o.V]

I woke up in a cold sweat. I sat up in my bed. I was almost terrified, that dream felt too real to me. I was thankful that I wasn't dead or anything. after calming down, I got out of bed and got dressed. opening my window, I took a deep breath of the salty air. it relaxed me, and I was able to go out of my room like nothing happened. it was still quite early, so I started breakfast. my parents knew the mayor of Destiny Islands, so they asked him to take care of me. he also had a girl the same age as me, named Kairi.  we got along just fine. she was the one who told me everyone's names. today, she told me that she was going to take me to the kid's island to properly meet everyone. I didn't want to meet everyone right away since I was still trying to adjust to the new world I was in. while in the middle of making omelets, Kairi came down. 

"good morning Kairi!" I greeted her in a friendly manner. "morning Chrissy" she replied, still a little sleepy, "do you need any help with breakfast?" she asked. that was one thing I liked about Kairi, she was always first to offer help. "I think that the table needs to be set. besides that, I believe that I'm fine." "alright. just tell me when you need help" she said before yawning and getting the plates. soon after the plates were set, Mr. Yosuke came down. "Morning Uncle Yosuke!" Kairi greeted him. for some reason, here in Destiny Islands, some locals call their elders "Aunty" and "Uncle" [note: we do it here in Hawaii]. "good morning Mr. Yosuke! are you ok with omelets for breakfast?"

after breakfast, Kairi and I went to the Island. surprisingly, it wasn't that far. the island was tiny but very open. I liked it. nice and calm. Kairi properly introduced me to everyone, and they were all polite to me. they questioned why my pupils were heart-shaped, but I said I didn't know, which was the truth. we later went our separate ways and Kairi and I toured the island. While touring the island, she told me her and her two friends, Riku and Sora's plan of building a raft and sailing to another world. I knew it wouldn't work, but I didn't want to spoil their fun so I said nothing. I did offer my help though when the tour ended. she gladly accepted, and we started to head where they were planning on building the raft. "I wonder where Sora is, I haven't seen him since you introduced me to everyone" I wondered. Kairi responded with a laugh, "He's probably slacking off somewhere. See, there he is!". She pointed to the beach by the docks, where I could see Sora sleeping. (A/N: pst, this is when Sora has his dive into the heart, A.K.A the beginning of kingdom hearts 1.) we walked over there and Sora started to move. 

[Sora's P.o.V]

after the dark stuff covered my eyes, I woke up on Destiny Islands. that dream made me scared, I was happy that I woke up here. but, I was still tired, so I yawned and fell back down. but when my head hit the beach, I saw Kairi and the new girl, Chrissy, looking down at me. I was really surprised, so I got back up quick. Kairi laughed at me, and I saw Chrissy giggle a little bit. 

"Gimmie a break, Kairi," I said while turning around. "Sora you lazy bum. I knew I'd find you snoozing down here." "No! this huge, black THING swallowed me up! I couldn't breathe, I couldn't- ow!" when Kairi hit me on the head, I could see Chrissy looking a little confused.
"Are you still dreaming?" Kairi asked.
