Sprinting through the jungle as fast as a cheetah, Dodging the strikes from her enemies with one slick and stealthy movement. Arleigh price, Americas very first spy ninja warrior steals back the queens diamond necklace. Who else could have accepted such a challenge from the queen other than someone as brave and witty as Arleigh? No one.

"Where do you think you're going with that princess?" A tall lanky brute of a man grubbles out of breath. Stopping dead in her tracks, she looks around finding herself surrounded. In this clearing, she thought she would have a chance to escape. She thought she could get the necklace safely back to the queen before the Evil doctor Sithe could use its magical powers to rule the world.  This is it Arleigh has met her match. "I believe you have something that belongs to me." The man scoffs.

"This doesn't belong to you. It belongs to the queen." Arleigh says pridefully, Clutching the necklace tightly in her hand. Feeling her heartbeat race, Arleigh, even though she's terrified stands ever so still without revealing any emotion.

"Look, kid, this has been fun and all. But I'm tired of messing around. That necklace belongs to the boss." The man, One of doctor Sithe's hench men chuckles. And just at that moment, the hench man snaps his fingers and suddenly everyone leaps into action.

Feeling the weighted pressures of adrenaline. Arleigh makes not one, not two, but three tuck and rolls to advoid the falling bodies headed her way. She must save the kingdom, She must

....

"Arleigh Price If you don't hurry up right now, you're going to be even later!" I hear my mother call from the kitchen in a hurry.

Feeling my heartbeat at my feet. I spring up realizing that my alarm clock never went off.  "Coming!" I shout as I fall flat on my face. Fighting to get untangled from my messy pile of blankets I rush to get dressed before meeting my parents in the kitchen.

"Arleigh what happened? Your already thirty minutes late." My mother worries as she frantically struggles to get things ready for her day being late herself. My Dad easy going like always, sits at the table sipping on his morning coffee, Flipping through the newspaper without a care in the world. Glancing at me from the side the paper with an ever so pleasing smile at my mother's expense.

"Morning leigh." My dad smiles at me.

"Morning dad." I smile back. Even though my mom is a wild mess right now I'm not at all ready for school. I'm not at all looking forward to that math test.

"Oh great. My keys." Mom sighs sifting through her purse that's now spread out all over the kitchen counter.

"Ready for the big test today champ?" Dad chats through moms panic attack.

"Not really. I'd rather stay at home and go to work with you." I admit folding my arms.

"Lewis!" My mother calls out From the other room. "Have you seen my keys?" She questions.

"Well you know the rules, Studies first, Gym later." My dad says firmly.

My dad ownes the local Gym downtown. Teaching kids gymnastics, Training body builders and such. And ever since I was old enough to remember things, I've always loved going to the gym. It's a great escape for me and I feel so free from all the school-related stresses. And if I could get away with going there to "help out" and stay away from that math test. The better off I'll be.

"Lewis!" My mother shouts once again in panic.

"No I haven't seen them!" My dad laughs back. Just then mom comes barreling through the kitchen, keys in hand and a spring in her step.

"Arleigh. Car." She demands scrapping up whatever of her purse she can. I sigh grabbing an apple taking a bite.

"Oh no," She huffs grabbing my arm throwing her bag over her shoulder. "You don't have time to eat we have to go."

Blinded by the sunlight, I squint my eyes fighting my way to the car to soon hopefully get warm. Fall weather is my favorite, but still, I'm not pleased with the colder weather. Clutching my backpack in front of me, I drop the bag catching the corner of the bag on a sharp nail sticking straight out of the ground. Where dad was putting additional finishing touches on our broken porch.  My mother still going bat crazy yells for me to hurry and before I know it, I hear a loud rip and all my books fall out of my bag and onto the ground. Tossing the bag aside I murmur as I quickly gather my books in hand and bolt to the car. And just as soon as im in, my mom puts the car in reverse totally skipping out on the heat.
