*PETER'S POV*

I yawned and rolled over to avoid the sunlight shining directly into my tired eyes. I stayed out with Harley way too late last night. I just got back like 3 hours ago...

Aunt May doesn't have to know.

It's officially our 2 month anniversary. I know it's not that big of a deal, but for us, it is. A lot has happened in these past 2 months. I smiled to myself as I remembered last night. His cozy oversized sweatshirt hanging off my shoulders and me snuggled into him, staring at the sky and laughing with our hands interlocked. As soon as it hit midnight, we "celebrated" our anniversary by making out on the roof of the tower until it got too cold to stay out there. Then we both went home.

I have something special planned today. Just for him.

(A/N I'm listening to my playlist on Spotify right now and I forgot I had the Wii music on there and it just came on and I'm not gonna lie, this shit is a bop.)

My ears rang with the sound of pans clanging in the kitchen. May's up.

I got out of bed groggily, stretched, and walked into the kitchen. "Good morning."

"Good morning, sleepyhead." May smiled at me. I was still in my pajamas. "What time did you get home last night? I went to bed pretty early."

Now, Peter, is the time to lie.

"Uh, around 9:30."

"Really? I went to bed at 9:30."

"I guess a little after that then. Maybe 10:00."

She raised her eyebrows at me but I smiled innocently and she waved it off. "Have any plans today?"

"It's me and Harley's 2 month anniversary so I've got something special planned for him."

"Aww, that's sweet, honey. What do you have planned?"

"I'm taking him ice skating. He said he's always wanted to go ice skating in the city like the movies but he won't be here in the winter so I'm taking him to an indoor rink."

"That's so cute," she put her hand to her heart dramatically. "I'm sure he'll love it."

"Me too." I poured a glass of orange juice and drank it as I watched her scramble around the kitchen looking for cooking things. "Can I talk to you about something?"

Her eyes widened and she blew her hair out of her face. "Of course, honey." She pulled up a chair beside where I was standing and sat down. "What is it?"

"I just... I don't really know what's going to happen when he leaves to go back to Tennessee. What are we supposed to do, like still date even though it's long distance? Or should we just..." I shook my head and huffed, "break up?"

"Sweetie..." She lifted my head with her hand and wiped my hair away from my face. "He has to go back. But it'll all turn out alright. You can date long distance for a while and if it doesn't work out then you can figure out what's best. Sometimes couples go through hard things like this but that doesn't mean you're going to lose him. It might just be tough for a while."
