Chapter Four.

Melbourne, VIC, Australia

LOUIS' POV

Is it just me or is the sexual tension between Avarie and I really heating up? I don't know if she notices it or not, because she keeps on giving me mixed signals. Back before I was in One Direction, I really wasn't great at the whole dating game and now that I am in One Direction, girls only seem to want me because I'm famous. 

Its different with Avarie though. Its like some days she flirts, but then the next its like I don't even exist. If I had to come up with a theory about why I'm having all these feelings is probably the fact that besides my sister, Ive never had a girl treat me like a regular human being. And because of that factor, its making me want to chase her, I want her. 

AVARIE'S POV

Louis is acting very weird today, and I don't know why. We all decided to take a swim in the lake, and as we were swimming he kept glancing my way and smiling at me. Whats that all about? 

"Is it just me or is Louis trying to burn holes in the back of your head?" I hear my sister, Riley, whisper from behind me. 

"Is it really that obvious?"

"Uh huh," she started to giggle. 

"What do you think his problem is?"

She lifted her eyebrow and just started at me with that blank stupidity face.

"Are you blind?" She asked me.

"N-"

"Avarie! He likes you!"

I was shocked. How could someone like him like someone like me? Anyways, I didn't want to get into a relationship with him in the first place. I'm a very emotional person when it comes to bullying and people hating me and with all this fan hate going around, I couldn't handle being his girlfriend. I had to do something about this.

LOUIS' POV

I wanted to talk to her. Better yet, I needed to talk to her. But, to my surprise instead of me making the first  move, Avarie comes trotting towards me. 

"I need to talk to you... In private," she says as she takes my hand.

She leads me into a small closet, just up the hill by the main shed.

"Why did you bring me he-?" 

I was cut off by her lips smashing into mine, full force. Oh god. The soft taste of her, what was that? Strawberry chap-stick. Before I could find a place for my hands, she quickly pulled away.

"Why did you do that!?" She asked me, out of breath.

"Um, I believe that your the one who kissed me."

"Oh.. Yeah.. I guess your right."

I let out a laugh, "Its fine."

"No," she stated, " No its not fine."

"Whats the big deal?"

"Listen Louis, I really like you. Its just, I don't want to date someone with a record label and a huge fan base ."

"The last I heard, is that's not considered baggage. Any girl would give anything to date me."

"I'm not like every girl Louis."

"Then why did you kiss me?"

"I just- I - My body was urging me to do one thing while my brain was telling me the other and I guess my body took control on that one."

"I see. So basically, you have a high amount of sexual tension towards me?"

"You have no idea."

I felt a smirk coming across my face, "What if we make a deal?"

"What kind of deal?"

"I want to be with you right?"

"I guess so..."

"And you want to be with me, just in a sexual way to begin with?"

"Uh-"

"So what if we had a relationship based on.. sex?"

"Sex?" Oh boy... This isn't going to turn out good.

"Ye-"

"Sure."

I was shocked, "Really?"

"Eh, why not?" she said, " it will give me some time to really understand how being with you works without dating you but at the same time ill still get to be with you."

"Sounds like a deal."

"Deal," she put her hand out and instead of shaking it, I took her by the waist and lifted her on top of the table.

NIALL'S POV

As I was messing around in the water, with everybody else, I heard my phone go off. I quickly ran out of the water, dried my ear and my hands and answered the phone. 

"Yello."

"Niall bear!"

"Hey babe, how are you?"

"I'm doing good, but I miss you."

"Yeah. I miss you too."

"What have you been up too?"

"Nothing," I don't know why I'm not all enthusiastic about her calling me, but I just want this phone call to be over with.

"Oh ok-"

She stopped talking as soon as she heard Riley's voice in the background.

"Niall! Are you coming down here or what? I'm starting to miss you! Our splash war is not  yet over!"

"Who is that?" Willow asked me angrily.

"Nobody, but I have to go. Ill call you... yeah Ill call you," and with that I hung up.

Was I being to harsh? I never meant to hurt her, its just with Riley, everything seems to fall into place.. Its like shes my missing puzzle piece.
