"Soft ears"

I ran quickly down the hallway but made sure to keep my voice down. "We need o call the cops" I said to Hannah, "Why? What happened?" Hannah asked grabbing my arm. "I-it's her" I say back, "W-wait, you mean.." Hannah stopped. "Yes! Now let's go!" I said opening the front door, "Where do you think your going?" A voice from behind said before we took a little step out. "Who are the hell are you?!" Hannah yelled, "Don't yell Hannah" the voice said firmly. "Umm we need to go to work.." I said trying to come up with an idea that made sense, "But it's not 6:00 AM just yet, is it?" The voice asked. "H-hang on" Hannah said reaching out to grab the alarm. The black shadow grabbed Hannah's arm and threw her into the bathroom and locked the door, I was terrified. I thought about calling the cops but I just remembered we only had an alarm, so I ran down the stairs to the lift. When I got off the lift I ran to the reception and demanded that I needed to call the cops, after calling the cops, they arrived and searched the room. They found nothing, only a cracked mirror with a hole in it. "BUT MY SISTER IS IN THAT HOLE!" I yelled at the cops, "I'm sorry but how could a person fit through that hole?" A lady officer asked. "I-I don't know but she's in there.." I said sadly, "Well we will get you to sleep at the hospital tonight.." a kind officer said. "But I'm not sick" I said, "You could be, did that shadow touch you?" The officer asked. "No only the girl that is trapped inside it" I explained,  "Oh, then we need to do a couple of check-ups on you" he said. That was about the last thing I heard because I fainted right after. When I woke up, I imagined that I could smell the great cooking of my sister, Hannah. I felt like I was nothing without her, "Would you like anything to eat or drink" a doctor asked around the corner. "Uhh, no thanks" I said. I missed Hannah every day of my life, I've also been diagnosed with "soft ears".
