The young man walked through the foreign hallways of the prison. His hand clutching tightly onto a brown coloured book.

He stopped when he reached his destination. He peered into the cell and saw an older man, sitting inside.

Though he was old, his hair a dark shade of grey, the menacing look on his face could still instil fear into anybody.

"Did you bring it?"

"Yes." The young man replied.

"You know, I thought Tom would be smarter than this and put his guard up against me." The older man smirked.

"I hope you remember what I told you."

"I'm so bored at home!" You whined, stuffing your face full of pancakes.

"Seriously? I have an arcade and a fucking theatre in this mansion."

"I prefer books." You pointed out.

"What about Jacob? You can talk to him. That boy's addicted to those video games I have upstairs." Tom said.

"The school's been taking him out for trips lately. Lucky guy, he's been to more places than I have."

"Well, I'm bringing you to France aren't I?"

"Yes, buttttt you must promise that you'll always be with me and have no mob business during the trip."

"What happened to responsibility?" Tom chuckled.

You sent a glare at him and he held his hands up in defence.

"Are you going again?" You asked, seeing that Tom had finished his breakfast and was about to stand up.

Tom walked over to you and planted a light kiss on your forehead.

"I'm sorry, love but there's just some business I've got to settle before we leave for Paris."

"Hmm okay..."

"There are some new books that arrived this morning. You can go check it out." Tom said.

"Oh yeah! There's this book that Jack was reading. Wanted to find an ebook but there wasn't any."

"Okay then, I'll ask Jack about it." He laughed.

"Hey Y/n." You stopped in your tracks when you heard someone calling out for you.

"Haz? What are you doing here?"

"Uh- Tom asked me to entertain you?" He said.

You raised your eyebrows and gave him a 'are you serious?' look.

"No. Tom just asked you to come out and follow me because I'm out in the garden walking his dog." You said.

Harrison gave you a sheepish grin, rubbing the back of his neck.

"He has a perfect view of the garden from his office." You said, looking at the window where his office was at.

Both of you walked deeper into the garden until you found a bench. You sat down and carried Tessa, who then quietly laid in your lap.

"I mean, part of the order was to entertain you as well." Harrison pointed out.

"Yea sure. And the other part of the order was to, " You cleared your throat and tried to mimic Tom's voice, "Make sure Y/n doesn't sneak out and get kidnapped and killed."

Both of you laughed at your terrible attempt to mimic Tom's voice.

"He loves you, you know? He's never been like this for the past 8 years. And he wants to protect you, especially when you're in this business, " He said, stressing on the word 'business'.

"Anything could happen."

Flashbacks of what happened a few months ago flooded your mind. You shuddered at the thought, quickly trying to forget all about it.

"If you knew this was so dangerous, why did you join Tom?" You blurted out the question before you could even try to stop it from coming out your mouth.

"We've been friends for a very long time you know? We've been through a lot together. And friends do anything for each other."

"Even though he does treat me like his slave sometimes." He laughed.

"He's been hanging out with that Jack dude lately though. Heck, he's even discussing something with him right now." He placed a hand on his chest and acted as if he was hurt.

"Nah. He loves you." You laughed.
