What a Rune

Learning magic was taking, five days later, he on the same page, basic runes, but progress come with work, he was now able to cast three rune, the air rune was the first he gained affinity, the water was the second and now, at 5 pm, on Friday 22 of August 2036, he was able to cast the fire rune without issue. Three runes out of 6 in five day of work.

- few~, I just hop to be able to cast the electric and earth run before the start of middle school.

He was completely exhausted, the process of controlling mana and casting with a part of the body was tiring.

'I'm now able to cast the fire rune who is in the three runes learned, the most harmful rune. Pity that I can't fuse elemental runes.'

Thought Dean, cause yeah, the elemental rune was not able to be cast on the same part of the body, for example, you can cast the water rune on one hand and the air on the other but, first if they do not have an "action" rune then it just turn like spitting on one hand and blowing on the other or having a more powerful push and a wet or icy hand, but nothing like a water whip or a wind blade. However, well used it was enough to do one or two thing. Like blowing him up to the roof, something learned by a painful mistake, by trying to put a rune in his feet and activating it. Now that he got the fire one he would be able to put is hand aflame. And that will be more harmful, helping him defend himself if needed.

-Dean come we will go buy some grocery and ingredient for dinner, Mom want you to take some fresh air.

Say the oldest of the trio, with a gentle smile.

Dean close the Grimoire and dressed quickly before going done the stairs, directing himself to the Mana fueled car, know as Dymana park in the side of the house were his 2 beautiful sister and mother waited. After checking that all her children has the belt on, she put some mana in the car and start to drive while infusing Mana.

They quickly arrived at the superstore and start shopping, Dean was quickly gathering the ingredient and food he wanted, putted it in the cart and then went to the magical field of the superstore.

This magical field was born 7 years ago, to help the "new" mage train, it let the mage of beginner rank and apprentice rank cast some spell without need to think about the potential damage, due to the nullifying layer on it. Put it simply it was a training zone for new mage.

He didn't go to train but to watch, he quickly took an empty seat on the spectator side and start to observe carefully. In the preface part of the book, he read that great magician was able to see the flow of mana directly. He so start to search how to do it. He start by infusing mana in his eyes. He was then able to see perfectly every detail, movement and farther than before. The effect was great but he didn't see any sign about mana, he only enhanced his vision.

He start to change the flow of his mana, but nothing, he try to put his mana in circle on his pupils and was shocked, he wasn't able to see the mana but all the color in his vision has lost their purpose, all humans, apart one, was glowing between red and yellow, the ground was blue, some part green, some was purple and the sky was pitch black , even his was now red and yellow, what his this vision. He then another circle and was at loss for what to say again, he didn't see any color apart green, white and black. But what was shocking was the fact that he now see skeleton. The sight was too strange, scared by his own experience he stop his mana focus. Stabilizing his mind and breathing, he then start to watch the magical field again.

He quickly found someone to focus on, room 4, it was a girl with ice blue hair. She was surely between 15 or 17, she had a well developed body who strongly contrast with her immature face but she was utterly focused on what she was doing. She raised her hand, aiming the mannequin slowly, a pattern was drawn in the air. It was a seal, the seal flashed and an electric arc appear directing itself to the only mannequin put in the room, flying like a snake, but in contrary to his sister it was more a gentle snake, the lightning arc that Ariel was able to cast was far more quicker and look more powerful too. The arc touched the mannequin and was directly absorbed by it, a glow then appear on the mannequin, it was yellow out of green and form some digit. Dean instantly enhanced his vision to read it, 7/10 was the mark given, seeing this, he start comparing her to his sister,

'So she wasn't able to cast it correctly ... What a pity.'

His then saw his sister Ruby asking him to come. Getting up he quickly cast another look on the girl who was in the room 4, before walking to his sister.

But something that Dean didn't know and will remark later, was that his family were, in magic, out of the norm.
