     You are sitting in your dorm doing homework on your laptop. You suddenly hear a loud noise followed by a woman's voice (If your character is deaf, let's say she saw the Tv report). "Commencing at the siren, any and all crime, including murder, will be legal for 12 continuous hours. Police, fire, and emergency medical services will be unavailable until tomorrow morning until 7 a.m when The Purge concludes. Blessed be our Heros and Japan, a nation reborn." 

   You frantically rush out of your dorm and see other students. Some look shocked, some looked scared. Some of them were frozen in fear. Most of the teachers were coming down the hall in a large group and telling everyone to come with them. Everyone was told to go somewhere safe in the school and if anyone unfamiliar came into the area armed, capture them and lock them in the cafeteria.
