Mating season (Kagome x Inuyasha)

Christmas Special

5 months later...

Kagome~

It was Christmas morning. Taiyo had woke us up at 6 while Tsuki was still sleeping. I turned to Inu to wake him up, but he wasn't there. I thought, he must be either in the living room waiting, waking Tsuki up, or making breakfast. We had found out last month that we were having 4 pup and 2 were girls and 2 were boys. 

I picked up Taiyo and went find Inuyasha. "Lets go find Daddy."

We went out to the living room to find Inu and Tsuki sitting on the couch, looking like they had been waiting for us. I kissed him good morning, and we all took turns opening gifts. The twins took turns going back and forth, then it was Inuyasha's turn, and last was mine. Inu had gotten me the prettiest necklace and earrings set.  I loved them. I got Inu a phone, and of course I had to teach him how to use it, but he can only use it in the present era. The best gift though, was going to be here in about 4 months. We were super excited. We were planning on naming them after the 4 elements, fire, water, air and Earth. The boys names are going to be Hi and Chikyu, and the girls are Mizu and Kuki. I was so excited and so was Inuyasha. "Are we still going to your mom's, Kagome?" Inu asked.

"Yeah"

A few hours later...

We arrived at my mom's for our Christmas party. It was only us, Sota, and Mom. They were all I had in the present era. Well, there was another person who I was certain I would never see again. We had found out a bit ago that the twins could go through the two eras as well, which was pretty exciting. My mom gave all of us our gifts and we gave them ours. My mom had gotten me a beautiful maternity dress. Inu got some food. The twins got a couple pairs of new clothes and some new toys. I sighed after we were done and started rubbing the bump in my stomach. "Hey Kagome, are you ok?" 

"Yeah," I said looking up. "It's just, taking care of two messy twins is hard enough, how are we going to take care of quadruplets, let alone 6 kids together?" 

Inuyasha got up and pulled me up too. He looked at me with his iconic smirk and pushed back my hair. "I don't know, but however way we do it together."

He hugged me. I loved Inuyasha's hugs. They made me feel comforted yet strong, like no one could ever break us apart or split us apart. 

Just then my mom shouted "Comeon out, Anika"

I started crying as I saw who was coming out of our bathroom. Anika has been my best friend, but she lived in a different town so I barely ever see her. I looked down to see her belly as big as mine. "You're pregnant too?"

"Yeah, I would've brought Zakku, but he was busy with our kids Kairo, Emiri, Aran, Yoake, Sari, Keite, Sara, and Kashie."

" Wow I didn't know you took in so many kids."

"Yeah, well after Sherubi passed..."

"I understand, Anika."I said as I hugged her. 

I looked back at Inu who was smiling. Then, both me and Inu showed her Taiyo and Tsuki. I held Tsuki, while Inu held Taiyo. Anika said she as well was having 5 kids, 3 boys and 2 girls. They liked the names Sabasu, Jeiden, and Burandon for the boys and Jazumin and Anasutsashi for the girls.
