Scp-049 often stares at the other Scps in disgust when they dress up on Halloween. He's on of the only Scps that don't dress up, many Scps have made remarks about him and why he acts this way on Halloween, and since 049 is pretty much Satan, they regret making the remarks within 5 minutes.
