Prolog

"Why did you kill them?" the judge asks the killer, as he taps the black table. His stare is cold… these chains are cold… everything in this room is cold.

The killer chuckles lightly. Her hair is tied up in a ponytail, but still messy, her face and body is full of bruises, the dark circles around her eyes are clear, the stains of blood on her shirt are dry...

She simply answers "they're garbage".

"What makes you think that?" the judge asks again.

"Think? It's the reality. They’re trash," she answers casually, with no sense of regret, no emotion. Her gray eyes stare back, colder. There’s a million reasons why they’re worthy to be killed, legally or illegally, in every way possible. Just look… what did they made me into?

She smiles as she examines this place. 5 lawyers on the left. 100 audiences, families of the ‘victims’, all in silence and anger. A judge. Gray light on the back. White bright light on the front. 10 Cops on the outside, 2 cops inside, guarding her. And herself, hancuffed and tied by chains. From this, she can only say one thing.

"Now, I ask you, what did it feel like to kill?" the judge asks again out of the blue.

"That is an interesting question," She says as she holds a laugh. "Umm... what to answer?" she wonders out loud, looking up at the white lights. She chuckles then bites her lips as she looks down. "It feels..." she says, suddenly serious. She looks to the judge sincerely, deeply in hate with those ‘numb’ eyes.

"It feels great," She answers.

She sighs and looks down… Dear everyone, I’m sorry. She takes a deep breath, shaking off the thoughts.

Then laughs... freely. Neither laughing at her own pathetic, messed up life or at their stupidity.

One thing about this place… It highly underestimates me... Smoke bombs suddenly attack the room, producing loud noise, blinding everyone. The time has come... She holds her breath in excitement and feels the tickles on her hands and legs. She hears her own heartbeats... it's beating fast as if she's never been so excited and free in her whole life.

White clones of herself comes out from their hiding place and kill the cops. Everyone except the killer are in shock as blood spurts and scatters everywhere and the screams of the cops are heard, the sounds of knife stabbing them lit up her eyes. Fear is starting to take control.

Then, the clones, 5 clones to be exact, are approaching the lawyers and the judge. One kills the judge at the heart. His blood taints her shirt. She looks directly to the dead judge. They should’ve made it more painful.

She rolls her eyes and whistles a song as the lawyers got stabbed on the head or lungs or heart whatsoever. The audience runs away with panic, some of them hides in fear, they all scream, shouting, begging for help but no one is there to help. just look at how under-protected this place is

Then, a clone whispers to the killer "should we kill them for you?".

She widens her eyes in shock… that’s not right… "absolutely NO... untie me first, wanna join you guys," She says just like a kid, got overwhelmed with excitement in Christmas. The clone breaks the chains and she immediately stands up, raises her hand as a cue. Another clone throws a knife directly to her hand, she catches it.

No… she never comes to anywhere without a secret weapon hidden somewhere inside her. She has her black knife in her pocket, but just doesn’t want to taint it with blood and murder. She smiles, she can hear her heartbeats, it thumps faster and faster. This is gonna be fun!

The audience screams in terror... crying, sobbing for mercy. Seeing all of this brings such pure joy to her heart. I’m finally free…

She drags a woman to her own crying child who hides just like his mother told him to. Poor child...

She grabs his head and forces the boy to look at his pathetic mother and kills her in front of him, before she could say her last words… with 7 stabs on the face. The child screams in pain, screams his mother’s name. That scream… is like a symphony to the ears. She smiles and turns away as another clone shoots the child till dead.

She throws her knife towards a man’s leg, grabs a cop’s pistol from the floor and shoots both of his arms. He falls with blood streaming out. She approaches him and pulls out the knife and stabs him on the neck. Blood scatters everywhere, to her face, her shirt, the floor. She checks the man's heartbeat as she wants to stab him again. But, found none. He's dead... No fun.

Then, she looks around… there’s nobody except her and the clones… “Wha…? Why did you kill them so fast?” she asks, irritated.

“Well, you don’t say to torture…” the clone whom she always calls ‘the marksman’ and whom killed that child says. “Be specific…”

“Fine… your timing is perfect though… great job!” She claps her hands to congratulate them. “Your work today is done, energy is getting low,” she snaps her finger, making the clones disappear. Looking around, the room is like an ocean of blood and dead bodies… It becomes silent, there’s almost no sound except the rain. The ‘orchestra’ has ended. She wipes out the blood in her face.

It's already night and the rain is hard. She walks out with bloody shoes, shirt, and jeans. She takes of her shoes and throws it away, not wanting to make any footsteps from the blood. Then, she walks barefoot pass the electronics shop and watch the news on the TV, cause it catches her attention.

'White shadow… Gretel Rouge. Who was a cop, is now changing to a killer. This afternoon, she just tortured and killed 10 innocent peoples and 2 cops. We don't know why but-" the TV stops, they’re closing the shop. She smiles. Look mom, I’m on TV… I’m famous.

She walks to the quiet dark lane, feeling the rain… she looks up to the fading stars… Dear everyone, would you understand me? Dear you, forgive me but I have no regrets. I guess I really am not strong enough. She smiles.
