Hansel and Gretel lied. Well, they exaggerated the truth. Their was no witch or house of candy. They just got lost. What would happen if they got lost again? Would something supernatural actually happen this time? Would anyone believe them? Created Late January 2021

A modern twist on Hansel and Gretel.

I was wandering alone in the woods at night. I know how foolish this must sound. We all know how it ends... Except this time it was different. I have no regrets, and I'm sure neither does she; my best move was certainly to follow the night-club music coming from the Gingerbread House.

You know the story of Hansel and Gretel correct? How about I tell it in the witch's POV? I don't own the original story I just made this Fractured version. *March 2019- Ranked 45 in Fractured

In an American Town, a girl named Gretel Harding, aged 13, escapes her home when Zombies kill her parents. When she flees, she struggles to survive the Undead, as their mania spreads across the Country. And, as The US Military tries to stop Them, Gretel meets a group of survivors whose existance is shattered forever. The new horror saga novel by Robert Helliger, author of "Vampires of Mist Gate" saga, and the "Camp Blood" trilogy. When reading about villains, you may have no remorse when they are killed or scorned for the rest of their lives. You just pin them as the culprit and move on with your daily lives. But have you ever heard their side of the story? No? I didn't think so. While some people may think that the witch is the culprit in the story of Hansel and Gretel, no one has ever heard her side of the story--the true side. I wrote this for a creative writing project in middle school so I'm sorry for some of it, but it's still a fun short read!

Sometimes fairytales don't end the way we want it. For instance, Red Riding Hood was kidnapped by werwolves. And Jack climbed the beanstalk and stole the golden egg because he's a criminal on the run. And finally, after me and my brother Hansel killed that witch, we decided not to go back home to our children disowning parents, and decided to be witch hunters. And our target now: The Good Witch. A twist on fairytales, Red Riding Hood and her pack of wolves, Jack the thief, Hansel and Gretel are all on their merry ways to Oz for all their reasons, and read their all separate tales for the real stories of these fairytales.

Kill or be killed. That's the logic that Paige has lived by since the day she became what she is. A wolfblood. Sure, people don't believe in fairy tales... But maybe they just haven't heard the real story. Basically, every story you were read as a bedtime story is true... It's just not accurate to the real events. Paige was 17 when she took on a life of crime. Now in the twenty-first century she is considered a criminal, killing people for money every once in a while but mostly killing those who deserve it the most while she starts a long search for the one person she loves and hates the most. The one person she would kill for... Well if they weren't offering money. *disclaimer* I don't own any of the fairy tales or their characters and I'm gonna be changing them and most of them will be criminals so yeah just yeah whatever pal

Isawaffle and Seymour live in the forest, but when they get captured by humans, their whole world gets turned upside down. They finally get away from their humans, but they don't know where the forest is. They set off on a long journey to find it. Hansel, Piggins, and Gretel are on a trip to the vet when they suddenly get into a car accident. Their humans are injured, and they have to find their way home all by themselves. When looking for their home, Seymour gets cat-napped by a cat-catcher. Isawaffle is fast, but he's not fast enough to chase the car that holds Seymour. When he finally does find Seymour, he notices there are other cats (Hansel, Gretel, and Piggins) in the pound who know where their forest is. They break out of the cat prison and all five cats go into the forest. But will Hansel, and his gang stay there with Isawaffle and Seymour? Or will they go back to their home, with their humans?

Well-known stories and fairytales with a twist or from a different perspective. Sometimes the story we know is not the true story. The whole thing may be different when you look at it from another person's point of view. Maybe a villain wasn't the bad guy after all. Most fairytales drive me insane when the princess can't do sh*t, so some of these stories will contain badass princesses who don't need help.
