Chapter One

We all hit the floor when the gun shots rang out. The only thing running through my mind was who in the fuck felt comfortable enough to shoot at me an my family at my event.

When the gun fire stopped I looked up to see my men restraining Sabrina. She had tears rolling down her face. The look in her eyes I have seen before in Sheba's it was the look of a broken woman.

I pulled myself together. "Get her out of here. Let everyone know that the event will still go on as planned." I told my men.

I looked over at Lola than at Juan. We will handle this situation later. Lola and Sheba let's go.

Domino went back out there in the main ballroom an continued to host an amazing event like nothing even happened. He was so regal an calm. He displayed the confidence and power of a true leader.

"Young G-money I'm so glad you decided to come tonight. In this room right now are all the heavy hitter's in this business. Some would say this would be a good time to take out my competition." I said with a devilish grin.

I saw G-money shift a little like he was uncomfortable. He didn't need to worry tonight because I wasn't trying to kill him tonight.

"This building is beautiful Domino." Liyah said.

"Thank you I own it. It's one of many buildings that I own." I informed her.

I could tell that she was in awe, because she has never dealt with the caliber of hustler like me.

"Good evening everyone." Sheba said.

She gave G-money a death stare. I saw her twitch a bit. If she could she would have kilt that nigga right there on the spot.

"Liyah I am loving that dressed. You look amazing." She said complementing the young lady.

"Wus up wit Sabrina she good." G-money asked.

Sheba gave him a look that made him shift his body weight from on leg to the other. I placed my hand on the small of Sheba's back to calm her.

"She is fine. She just had a little to much to drink earlier." I said.

Lola came over an both men just stared at her. Anthony was staring so hard that his girl elbowed him.

"Hey Romelo or should I say G-money." Lola said sarcastically.

"Hey Lola nice to see you again. I saw some of your art at the gallery. I must say you are very talented." He said.

"You met him?" Sheba asked.

"Yes I did. He dates Alicia Jessica's stepdaughter." She said.

Sheba an I gave each other a look. We shared a whole conversation with our eyes.

The tension was dying down until Trina came over. I had to say she looked very good.

"Baby can we go now." She said.

When she saw G-money she almost had a damn stroke. That let me know everything I needed to know. This bitch had to go.

I looked at Lola an she knew exactly what time it was. I can't have a bitch around me that is trying to help the competition.

"Soon Trina. Go mingle with the other gold diggers." I said.

I watched G-money watch her walk away. He was fucking Trina too. Before I killed her I would have to see what they pillow talk about.
