Chapter 4

As school started the next day,I ended up making a new friend on the way to school a girl called Yumi Hasegawa.She's really good at what she does.Her stealth is amazing,her agility too.We had a fun time in the 5 minutes we got to get to school.Though we knew as soon as we got into class we had proper training today.

Yumi Hasegawa,Quirk AFTERMATH.This quirk allows her to send back attacks that are directly aimed at her back to her opponents at twice the force.Giving her the upper-hand in a long ranged battle.Sadly,she has to be hit directly with the attack and she can't dodge.She can also store up other quirks and release them (Not at the same time,only one at a time).Though this takes up all of her energy so she is fully out of commission after doing so,making her useless to the fight.Her quirk can be very difficult to manage and she often hurts herself using it as she of course has to be damaged in order to take in the energy.She has to eat lots of protein as energy is key for her quirk to work at it's full potential and for her to have a tiny bit of energy after discharging a certain quirk move she has stored.She can store up to 3 quirk moves and they won't work if she stores them for longer than 3 hours.

When we got into class,Aizawa wasn't there instead it was AllMight.

"I AM HERE!"He said as he walked into the room,I started to laugh hysterically.That line always made me laugh,no matter what mood I was in.It's just the way he said it.

"What are you laughing at Young Kaneshiro?"He got close to my face and I just laughed more.

"S-sorry AllMight,That entrance was just funny to me and how you had to call me Young to prove I'm not in authority!"As much as he wanted to scold me,he didn't.Which kinda surprised me not gonna lie.

"Right let's get on with this lesson.Today we will be doing Combat Training.We will have two teams.Get your hero Costumes on and Let's GO!"All might was upbeat and had the tendency to be loud.

"If I'm being completely honest,the loud nature of two boys in our class is reflected by AllMights loud mouth."I said looking back at Endo and Shuichi.Endo clicked his tongue and crossed his arms whereas Shuichi looked down and sighed in defeat.Polar opposites but have one thing in common.Their spirit to win. 

My Hero Costume I got my dad to make fit perfectly with the style I was going for.The Visor had sensors to tell me when I'd reached my limit and massage my temples,it also gave me better awareness of my surroundings.My big boots protected my feet if I ever need to lift myself into the air and release myself quickly I wouldn't take as much damage.Skin tight gloves that didn't cover my fingers and a circle hole for my palm so I can glitch things but also have full protection.

Everyone else's symbolised their quirk,mine wasn't symbolising my quirk aside from the colour combo.Mine was more practical and helped with my quirks down falls by a mile.

As the teams were being picked out,I got put with Yumi (pronounced Yoom-mi not Yummy)Her quirk from what she told me is quite powerful against people with powerful quirks and a violent mind.

So we had,
Me and Yumi.
Koga and Yamamoto.
Asaka and Naegi.
Uematsu and Hachiro
Makino and Orito.
Shihi and Endo.
Yazawa and Michi.
Nagase and Shunske
Jin and Zazinko.
Lastly,Tamai and Uyeda.

We were sorted into heroes and villains.
Here's the result of that.

Me and Yumi were the Heroes,Koga and Yamamoto were Heroes,Asaka and Naegi were the Villains,Uematsu and Hachiro were the Heroes,Makino and Orito were Villains,Shihi and Endo were Heroes,Yazawa and Michi were Heroes,Nagase and Shunske were Villains,Jin and Zazinko were Villains and last but not least Tamai and Uyeda were Villains.

Me and Yumi were last meaning we had a lot to live up to,everyone did so well.Of course only 50% of the class will win.Though rivals Makino and Endo fought fair.Surprising,though they did just have a squabble.Makino's team won so Endo wasn't very happy.

As the 5 minutes ended Me and Yumi went in,we were up against Nagase and Shunske.

Nagase Tokoyo. Quirk;Negative.She takes her negative emotions and uses them to create raw energy,this energy can be very powerful depending how much hate,sadness or jealousy she is feeling.There is no significant drawback other then if you make her laugh then the Raw energy she has built up with loose some of it's power.

Nakasone Shunske. Quirk;Switcheroo.This quirk allows him to switch places with any living object,making the other living creature in his place.Though it only stays like that for a matter of time,around 5-8 minutes.They can move around while once they have been moved.If the opponent can get out of the users Eyesight quick enough the quirk will wear off and they'll be freed from the effects.If not they'll both be put back in the old position they were in.Drawbacks are that the user will also be set back to their original position,this doesn't include inflicted damage.Meaning any damage stays within the user and the opponent.The user can only use this quirk when the target is 5-10ft away and in range of eyesight.Any closer than 5ft and they will immediately switch back to the immediate position,but if he tried to use the quirk when someone is 10ft away,it just doesn't work.

I told Yumi to make her way to the top and I'd follow but at a distance making sure we weren't too close together.That's when out of no where Shunske spun himself around a corner behind me,Using my old gymnastics training and swiftly sprung myself forward,propelling my legs as far in front as they could be,Continuing to glitch them out.Making me more agile while moving around.I clicked down my visor and ran as fast as I could.I had no clue how his quirk worked,though I knew what it was.I had no clue how far his quirk ranged.Meaning if I didn't want to be effected by it,the best thing to do was run.

I made it to the second floor and contacted Yumi.

"How's it going up there?"I asked in a hushed tone careful not to speak too loudly.

"I can see the weapon but Nagase is guarding it ,I have no way of entering any sudden movements and I'm caught.."She was quiet enough so I could hear her,barely.I needed to get up there and fast,there's no telling when Shunske will appear to try and capture me.

I was now running full speed through the second floor.Before I knew it I could hear footsteps behind me,I shouldn't fight.I have to help my teammate.Fighting will just waste time.I said to myself in frustration.So I carried on running,Though soon enough my back was hit from behind and such a forced that I fell over.I touched the floor causing it to glitch out.Meaning it would be more difficult to run on.Well that is if your legs aren't the same way.HEHE.

Strategy is key here,with Shunske immobilised I ran as fast as I could.Eventually,my eye started to hurt.I had held the glitch on for so long.I was on the fourth floor at least.Meaning if I released it now I'd need to run as fast as possible.I put my right arm against my left ankle and immediately after started running.

This was as exhausting,more exhausting then a 5 hour run.I had to constantly change direction as fast as possible.My adrenaline pumping through my veins.

"Hey,Yumi. I have a plan,I wanted you to stay where you are,I'm gonna be behind you in a second.I'm gonna distract Nagase and I want you to grab the weapon,Are you good with that?"I asked politely.I heard a muffled yes and I started walking up to the next floor.

Once there,out immediately and started to point my finger and give a monologue as a distraction.It was working.Though she seemed to be getting annoyed,she launched at me.

"NOW!RELEASE ME!"Yumi shouted,I touched my right ankle with my left hand and she was dropped onto the weapon.My eye ached like mad but we won!Nagase fell to the floor in defeat.

"HERO TEAM WINS!"Allmight shouts from the observation room.

For my first Combat Training,I won.Me and Yumi high-fived in victory and helped Nagase up.I smiled at Nagase reassuring her.

"You did your best,it's only the first Combat Training.You'll improve as you move forward towards your goal!"My smile grew wider.As I put my fist in the air.

Luckily,unlike the other matches nobody was sent to the nurses office.
