34. Forth doesn't know what to do.

My eyes keep looking for you Everywhere...

Without any reason....

Chapter. 34.

 ' I'm sorry about today', Forth scratched his head as he and Beam made way towards his Car.

Beam turned to look at him as he reached the car,' It was fun', he quipped.

' Your friends are cool ', he mumbled.

Forth breathed a sigh of relief, Beam looked up at him questioningly before his gaze fell over Forth 's shoulder.

Forth followed his gaze to see his friends all huddled together behind a column which did very little to hide their buff bodies, they were watching them.

Forth chuckled,' Sorry about them', Beam ducked his head,' Don't be—they're good people', he nodded to himself, it almost seemed he was reigning in his own laughter.

He bit his lips,' I like them', he said softly,' Yeah, they're good. You have good friends', Beam fumbled with his fingers.

' So I guess—I'll go now', Beam rubbed his hands over his jeans, as he glanced at Forth.

' Yeah', Forth nodded ,' I'll call you maybe---maybe we could do this again someday, not with my friends I mean ---just you and me, you know ', he looked kinda lost, like they weren't kissing the life out of each other yesterday.

Beam nodded as he unlocked the door, Forth stepped back to give him some space. Beam stood still for a second as he held the door open, he looked lost in thoughts.

' Beam?', Forth asked.

Beam turned around , looked past him at his friends and then at him, before Forth could even react or say anything Beam was in his space and kissing him on his cheek, a feather- light kiss. The touch of lips was gone before Forth could even feel it completely.

Beam then hopped into the car with a red face and was out of there like a wind before Forth could even utter anything.

The hoots and wolf-cries broke Forth out of his reverie, he looked back at his friends to find them all smiling and clapping for him.

His fingers grazed at his cheek absently as he flipped his friends off , and watched the CR-V disappear in the afternoon glow.

' Damn! ', he whispered to himself, with a goofy smile on his face ,' He's so cute'.

He tucked his hands into his pant pockets as he made his way back to his friends, but as soon as they got their hands on him, the bell rang, so they had no choice but to let him go.

Lam smacked his shoulder motioning him for a little private talk, as the other guys leisurely started making way towards the class.

Forth frowned as he followed Lam to the corner. Lam looked over his shoulder before he grinned,' So, you and Beam?', he asked.

Forth scratched his head,' Yeah—but seriously Lam, I'm still in the middle of courting him—so you guys might want to tone down a little bit ', he shrugged.

Lam gasped,' You mean you guys aren't official yet, after all that', he glared at Forth.

Forth sighed,' It's really complicated—'.

' Dude!', Lam looked at him as if Forth had grown a second head,' When a guy sits through the Lunch with your raucous friends for over an hour when he could be doing some productive stuff over that period of time—', he shook his head.

' Do you really think Beam would waste his time like that---',Forth frowned,'  Of course, he would, he's kind---', Lam smacked him on his head.

' No you idiot, he's putting up with all of us for You! ', Forth 's eyes widened.

Lam groaned,' The guy's as transparent as glass, he's so gone on you that he is willing to go through all this—', he waved his hand around,' just because of you, Man, you're dense, if you don't realize he likes you too'.

' He doesn't—I mean, not like that, yet? ', Even Forth was unsure now.

Why would Beam put up with it at all?

But he did in the end.

If he wanted he could just up and go , right?

But he didn't.

Wow !

' And what about that kiss from earlier?', Lam asked.

Forth grinned at the memory, he sighed romantically,' Yeah, it was Amazi—'.

' It was his way of showing that he is already considering the fact of accepting your offer'.

' Grab him, make it official', Lam urged him on.

' What?', asked a flabbergasted Forth,' Like right now?', he asked in panic.

Lam sighed,' Not right now, but anytime soon would be good'.

' Tomorrow?', Forth asked before he shook his head and looked at Lam,' What if he rejects? What if---No , no, it's a bad idea. I should take it slow'.

' Were you listening when I said he's gone on you, he likes you too', he asks as if he was talking to elementary school kid.

' Do you want me to prove it to you?', Lam asked a sudden glint in his eyes.

Forth furrowed his brows, he knew he shouldn't, but he couldn't help it. He wanted to know just for sure.

He wanted to know if his feelings were returned, the thought churned in his head as he nodded.

He is probably going to regret letting it later, he thought. But he just wasn't thinking in that  particular moment.

Lam grinned manically as he patted Forth 's shoulder before he side-stepped him,' You've got my word, Lover boy. I'll get you, your man '.

Forth knew his friends were raucous, sometimes little dumb but they always kept their promises, no matter what. This should fill him with dread, but it didn't.

He just hoped whatever Lam had in mind wasn't something really bad.

He didn't want all his efforts until now to go in vain.

He made his way back to his class with conflicting feelings.

But let's just say, throughout the day all he could think about was Beam and that little kiss.

' I miss him already', Forth grumbled as he thumped his head on his desk. Few of his classmates gave him a funny look but his friends just ignored him and snickered.

A/N: Yay ! I'm back.

I was busy ( like super) completing my Post-grad, Hence no updates, but I've now completed it. So I'm free now XD ( Job- hunting...not so easy though T.T )

Well, after 2moons2 I don't know if people are going to imagine PavelDome or Taetee when they read fanfics about ForthBeam, well I don't care to be honest, you can imagine both, it's upto you guys ;) Since I started this story with Taetee in mind, I'm going to finish with them.

I need Taetee in a series like ASAP, somebody make it happen, I miss them :(
