The wind blew a cold breeze through the open window of the young females room, her name was y/n. The young female was currently working on a new assignment for her history class. Slowly the girl became bored which most would. It's not like her to dislike history, she loved museums but her teacher made it seem like it was one of the most boring things to learn in the world. The female stood up and stretched slightly, her back arched until it popped creating a chain of pops down her spine. She then slowly walked over to the window and crawled out through it stepping onto her fire escape. She pressed down on the window until it shut, with a satisfying click. She walked down the stairs scrolling through her phone, the last stair case she kicked it as it slowly crashed down to the ground so she could walk down it. She glanced around the alley way before deciding it was safe to walk out to the street. Soft hummus filled the air as she skipped slightly down the side walk looking for her favourite street. Slowly the girl came to a stop as she sighed relived "eighth street, the biggest market street in my area" she stated proudly. The girl looked around at all of the shops stopping in front of a cafe opening the door. The door had a bell right above it, it gave a small ring announcing her presence when she opened it. She smiled and waved at the barista at the counter, the women nodded towards the girl. The female walked over to the women and asked her for f/d (favourite drink). While She waited she hummed and sat down at the counter tapping her hands gently on it. Soon enough the barista placed her drink in front of her, she showed her appreciation by smiling up at her and whispering a small thank you. The female finally decided to take a good look at her surroundings. The cafe was small, but a mirror that took up the whole left wall made it seem bigger. The walls were painted a soft white with a hint of peach. The rims of the windows and door frames were a light green, not something that would usually mix well with the wall but upon further inspection of the room the picture frames were also the same colour. This made it so that the colour blended well with the wall. The doors were a smooth dark oak along with the counters build. The counters top was a dark granite with specks of green, blue and on occasion white.

The door chimed once again announcing another person had entered. Now on most occasions this is completely normal, but seeing as it's very late and you were in there alone it was rather concerning. If any good movie has taught you anything, it's best not to stare. You calmly waited for the stranger to walk up to the counter, before you took a glance them. Rough loud thumps of the heavy stranger finally made it to the counter, he was a policeman...'shit' you thought to yourself. Y/n particularly didn't do anything wrong, but it was suspicious what a young female as yourself was doing out this late. You decided to act while he was distracted, you would just simply leave. You slowly stood up from the stool and made your way to the door, that is until the barista called out to you and told you; "you forgot your change miss" You didn't turn around, you just slowly raised your hand and waved it off "just throw it in the tip jar" you hummed out opening the door with the small bell chiming announcing you had left.

Your walk home was nothing unexpected, luckily. You walked past a tea house, jewellery shop, destroyed child's establishment with screaming kids standing outside, donut shop. You stopped yourself "wait- destroyed what now?" You slowly walked back to the destroyed building and looked at all of the kids. You quickly ran over to them crouching down to their height. "What happened? Are you all alright?" Slowly the children tried, key word tried, to explain what happened through their traumatised sobs. You then tried to calm them down "hey, it's going to be alright I promise, now I have one more question. Is there anyone else in there?" There was one child in a crown, clearly it was his birthday what other reason would parents leave their children here during the weekend 'shut up Sherlock! Stop trying to explain everything to me I get it!' You yelled at the other voice in your head. You weren't crazy; talking to more then one person helped you cope and figure things out, like Thomas sanders, sander sides. The boy in the crown waved his hand in front of your face gaining your attention once again. "Miss, didn't you hear me? There's a chick in there what are you waiting for?!" You instantly shoot up calling the police as you made your way through the rumble calling out "hey are you ok? Can you here me?" You slowly came to a stop as you saw a girl with red glasses and buns standing in the middle of the rumble with a defeated look on her face. You scrambled over to her asking her is she could give you her name, where she was, if she was ok and so on. This is a method to help people if they're in shock, it also allows you to know how bad it is if they are- 'ok Sherlock!' You sighed slightly as you held out your arm to the girl "I'm Y/n, I'm here to help, the police are on their way to make sure everyone else is ok as well." The girl took her arm as you started to lead her through the rumble. "I'm April ol'neil, I work here- or at least used to until my boss finds this mess tomorrow" the girl claimed. This caused you to snort slightly, you smiled softly at the girl. April was still able to joke around, so she's ok. "Well I'm glad you're ok April." You finally made it past all the rumble as you crouched down to the kid again. "I know this must have been a very interesting birthday, but maybe a little coin can cheer you up" you asked "pulling" a gold chocolate coin out of his ear. The child folded his arms "just one?" He scoffed and you chuckled "ok ok you got me." You then pulled out a bucket from behind your back and dumped them in the coins on the children and smiled brightly knowing they were all happy now. "Where did you get those?" April pondered as you pointed to the broken coin machine which made both of you chuckle.

After everything was taken care for you started heading home, before a brunette ran up to you. "Hey! Y/n hold up!" You did as she asked and smiled at her "what's needed?" You hummed softly as the other girl pulled out her phone "let me get your number, what you did back there was pretty cool! You even convinced the officers the building wasn't my fault!" April blurted out causing you to chuckle "well it wasn't your fault, right?" Your statement caused her to be silent for a second, her face started to heat in embarrassment "...noooo?" This caused you to laugh which made her even more so embarrassed. "Sure April, I'll give you my number, but don't expect me to never tease you about this" The brunette nodded and the two of you exchanged numbers. You waved goodbye and made your way back to your street. The female pulled out her phone again as she claimed up the fire escape "she's a weird magnet, this is going to be fun." You giggled to yourself as you closed your window. As soon as you stepped back into your room you remembered your stupid history assignment. You groaned and mumbled to yourself
"This is going to be fun"
