Caitlin's POV
I have cold powers and no one knows about it and I think I should tell Barry first because he just broke up with Kara and he probably doesn't want to be lied to by one of his best friends.
"Barry I have to tell you something." I say
"What is it?" He asks
"I have powers." I say
"What kind of powers?" He asks
"The cold kind." I say
"That's amazing we can fight crime together!" He yells as he picks me up and spins around and then stops.
I'm still in Barry's arm and our faces so close to each other, and I can see Barry lean in closer than I crash my lips into his and we kiss. Then we pull away.
"I-I'm So sorry I should go." I say as I leave star labs.
'I kissed Barry! OMG!' I thought
I go to my apartment and watch tv until I hear a knock. I open the door only to see Barry.
"Barry what are you doing here?" I ask
"I wanted to talk to you about the kiss." He says
"What's to talk about?" I ask
"Cait do you regret it?" He asks
"No" I say
"Did you regret it?" I ask
"No I don't." He says
"Cait I love you I guess I always did but never realized." He says
"Barry we can't be together, you just broke up with Kara." I say
"Cait please I love you, please don't hurt me like that. I already lost Kara I can't lose you too." He says with tears streaming down his face
"I'm sorry Barry but we can't be together because you just broke up with Kara, and you need to give it time." I say
"I have to go." He says before running out to his loft
"I'm sorry." I whisper
The next day
I go to star labs to see Barry, Cisco, and I look around and see Kara.
"WHAT IS SHE DOING HERE!" I yell
"Cait it's ok she's just working." Barry says
"I DON'T CARE IF SHES JUST WORKING SHE SHOULDN'T BE HERE, SHE BROKE YOUR HEART BARRY!" I yell totally losing my kindness
"Cait it's ok calm down." He says
"CALM DOWN?! THAT GIRL CHEATED ON YOU AND WALKS IN HERE LIKE NOTHING HAPPENED!" I yell still really angry
"Cait she apologized and we are now friends." He says
"Oh I'm so sorry Kara for yelling." I say
"Oh it's ok i understand." Kara says
"Can I talk to caitlin?" Kara asks
"Sure" I say
I go out to talk to Kara.
"Caitlin I know you think Barry still loves me, but he doesn't anymore he loves you I know because of the way he looks at you he never looked at me the way he looks at you." She says
"I mean I love him too, but you guys just broke and I think it's to early." I say
"You have to think about your self sometimes." She says
"Ok I'll think about it." I say
"Let's go back in." I say
"Oh I have to go." She says
"Ok bye." I say
Kara leaves as I go in the cortex only to see Barry crying.
"Barry what's wrong?" I ask
"What? Oh nothing." He says wiping his tears
"You are not ok." I say
"Cait do you love me?" He asks
"I...." I say but pause
"I do love you Barry." I admit
"Can we please try to be together Cait? We don't have to kiss or anything, we can go on dates and we can take it slow." He starts rambling
I kiss him to shut him up. We pull away
"I'd like that, but we can kiss and go on dates." I say
"I love you Cait." He says
"I love you too Barry." I say as I kiss his lips
