The two nations stayed in that room for the rest of the night. Alfred comforted Arthur and they both fell asleep on the floor next to each other. The other nations decided that the party was over and left Alfred's house. The next morning, Alfred woke up to see Arthur clinging onto him, sleeping soundly. He stroked the Brits hair and smiled gently. Arthur woke up and felt the American stroking his hair. He looked up and smiled. "Good morning love~"Arthur said. Alfred smiled wide and kissed Arthur's cheek. "Morning! Oh wow we've been in here all night..."Alfred replied and looked around. The sun was shining through the window and Alfred sat up and stretched. Arthur stood up and looked at the door. "Well I guess I should be getting home...."he said. Alfred was saddened to hear that Arthur was leaving. The American didn't want him to. "Ok. Can I walk you home?"Alfred asked. Arthur nodded and the two started easing to his house.
A few miles away, Alfred started holding Arthur's hand. Arthur was surprised at this sudden gesture. "U-Um...."he said and Alfred looked at him. "Oh sorry...."Alfred said and looked away. Arthur smiled, squeezing the Americans hand and kissed his cheek. "It's ok love~ I wanted you to hold my hand anyways~"he said. Alfred grinned and saw the Brits house. Both nations walked up to the door. "Well I guess I'll see you around..."Alfred said and kissed Arthur, parting after a few minutes and leaving. Arthur felt happy inside and walked in.
