Elena's POV
So Levi couldn't wait for us to get married so we are getting married in a couple of weeks. He has been going crazy planning everything ensuring it will be the perfect day. I would be lying if I said I wasn't excited. I love Levi but I'm extremely nervous for the actual ceremony. I however have been a bit sick the past couple days. Every day I wake up, I get a sick feeling and throw up. I am going to the doctors about it today and hopefully they give me some answers about what is wrong.
After I showered I got dressed into a cute stripy shirt and jeans. I kissed Levi goodbye and went into one of the black SUVs a bodyguard was driving. Ever since Levi announced we were getting married he has double the security around the whole house and hasn't let me go anywhere by myself.
We arrive at the doctors and Hugh opened my door and escorted me into the main reception. After the called me in, Hugh stayed outside and I went into the doctors to see what's wrong.
"So what is the problem Miss Atkins?"
"Well, each morning I wake up I feel nauseated and throw up, we have tried some tablets to calm it down but nothing is working."
"Elena, isn't it?" I nod "Have you recently been sexually active?"
I thought for a minute and realised what he was getting at.
"Oh My God. No no no, this can't be happening!"
"Here a test that you can take now to confirm things. I'll be back in a few minutes."
The doctor went out of the room and I hesitatingly take the test.
After a few minutes, the doctor comes back in and took the test from me. I waited anxiously to hear if it was positive or negative. After what felt like an infinity, the doctor turned around and said,
"Congratulations, you're going to be a mother." He smiled and handed me the test.
I looked and down at it in disbelief and it indeed said positive. After I had calmed down a bit, I told Hugh to drive me home. Once I got home, I went straight home and up into my bedroom. I laid down on the bed just thinking.
What if Levi doesn't want any kids? Was I ready to be a mum? All these thought crowded my mind as I just laid silently feeling streams of tears down my cheeks. I was so caught up in my thought that I didn't hear someone open the door until a felt a dip in the bed. I turned around to see Ty sitting there looking at me.
"Wanna talk about it?" He asked.
"Can I trust that you won't tell?"
"Of course Elena." he assured.
"Well today I went into the doctors to see what was wrong with me and then they told me that I was" I paused, "pregnant."
It was silent for a few minutes before he spoke up,
"Levi's gonna be a dad?" he joked trying to lighten the mood.
I Laughed and nodded my head,
"But what if he doesn't want kids Ty? What if he kicks me-"
"Don't even think that Elena" he interrupted, "If I'm sure about anything, its that he loves you more than anything in this world and would never kick you out."
I smiled at what Ty said and after a little bit of conversation Ty left the room. I fixed up my face and eyes a little before I moved my way out to the lounge-room to where I found Levi watching TV. I sat down next to him as he wrapped his arm around my waist and pulled me closer.
"How did the doctors go?" he said with his eyes still on the TV.
"Uh good, they found out what was wrong." I said nervously.
"That's good, I trust u got the right medicine and you should be good in no time." he said
Something in me felt like he didn't even care anymore, I was trying to tell him news that would change his life, and he didn't even look at me once. I ran out of the room crying once again and ran straight outside. I heard heavy footsteps behind me before I felt a pair of arms around go around me. I stopped and turned to see Levi standing behind me looking confused.
"Elena what's wrong?"
"I was trying to tell you something extremely important back in there, and you barely cared to even look at me." I semi-yelled.
"I'm sorry Elena, but you have my full attention now." he replied
"I don't think your ready for something like this, just forget it." I tried to walk off but he grabbed my arm softly and turned me back to him.
"What are you talking about?" he asked now even more confused.
"I'm pregnant Levi! All that sickness, its because of that."
His face was in pure shock. I didn't know if it was good or bad but I was preparing myself for that worst.
"I'm going to be a dad?" was all he said as I shook my head yes.
"I fully understand if you no longer want me to be with you anymore."
"Why on Earth would you say that?" he yelled "You have no idea how happy I am about this tiny human that is growing inside of you." He kneeled down and started rubbing circles on my stomach
I smiled and had tears of joy falling from my eyes. I couldn't wait for this bundle of joy to come into this world.

SO here is chapter 21 and i really hope you guys enjoyed it. However i have some sad news.
This book is coming to an end as i have finally decided how this book is going to end. I really don't think you guys are ready for this.

Sorry that this chapter has taken a bit longer to come out but its coming towards the end of the school year so assessments are getting crazy!!
