My one of my favorite autobot is Optimus: He's gentle when handling a human and he tries to make them feel comfortable around him because he know that they are scared of him because of his massive height. Also when holding one he doesn't use a fist but holds them on and open palm.
My favorite decepticon is Starscream: he just tough around others except one which is funny.
