"Sometimes the best way to teach someone their place is through pain, pain and suffering."
"Pain is your friend, Pain is your ally, Pain tells you that you have been wounded badly. But you know what the best thing about pain is? It tells you that you're not dead."

One rainy spring evening In the Noble part of the Kingdom of Karacyille. The sound of rain pattering off of the cobblestone walkway. The fire within the street lamps flickered and crackled, and all was quiet, the town was asleep. All but one house. a Victorian style house with a nicely kept garden and stone walkway up to the Hand carved oak door with a Golden Gargoyle Knocker "A Noble House is lit at this Hour?" a Guard asked the Town Crier.
"Usually it's not." the Town Crier Responded "Must be something big going on inside." Little did he know that inside the house they were planning the demise of not only him but of so many others as well in repercussion.
...
"WHAT! What do you mean I'll be stopped by a little boy! Impossible!" an unknown man Shouted angrily, he sounded clearly like an uptight Noble.
"It's part of the prophecy sir, 'One day a noble shall overthrow the throne, but at the cost of many a life. Then fueled by rage a boy born of Bastard blood Shall rise with the strength of armies, with loyal allies by his side, when that day comes the tyrant shall fall and the boy shall usher in a new Age.' The only way for you to become king is to wait patiently. Sir?" a Peasant re-stated timidly.
"TO HELL WITH BEING PATIENT! I DON'T HAVE TIME FOR THE KING TO DIE NATURALLY!" The Noble Snarled "AND TO HELL WITH THE PROPHECY!" Without hesitation the Noble drew his sword and cut down the Peasant. "No one will stand in my way, I will become King, and I will do whatever it takes to make sure I do, even if it means war." he said as the body fell to the floor with a thud and the dark crimson blood seeped onto the wooden floor, staining it alongside many other dark red stains, calling for two servants to dispose of the body. "Now where to Start looking for a boy with that potential?" The Noble inquired. "The Farms! Of course. Petrie, find me the best bodyguards you can." The Noble called, his smooth yet deceitful voice echoed throughout the halls.
"Yes Sir, right away Sir." a low raspy voice responded
"Are you feeling well Petrie?" the Noble asked worried.
"Yes Sir, I'm just suffering from a sore throat, that's all. I'll be better tomorrow." the voice called back sounding less rough as if after a cough.
"Good." the Noble said now feeling reassured "I can't have you dying on me, not right now at least." the house fell silent as all of the others and the lights faded into the long dark of night.
The next morning Petrie left the house, when he stepped out into the light he appeared as a large and intimidating man with a scar down the left side of his face as if being clawed by a wolf, he had a thick layer of dark red stubble, his hair was pulled into a messy ponytail of the same shade as his stubble with light gray streaks within. His left eye was a milky white while his right eye was a dark blue with hazel streaks laced throughout. He squinted as the shimmer off the still wet ground blinded him.
"Blasted Sun, could have been at least one cloud in the sky to shade, but tis the will of god to make this morning a burden to me." He said with a sarcastic tone and chuckle, his voice now mostly recovered revealed a slight Irish tone, but still low and heavy. "Where to start?" he asked himself "Maybe the guard captain... no he wouldn't know anyone other than his own men, I could lie and say that Master's life was in peril on account of an assassination note, but where will I find an assassination note... Wait I can just forge a fake." Petrie ran back inside to inform his master of his plan to fake an assassination note. "We'll just say a courier gave it to you, and that courier just so happened to be killed by said assassin to leave no trace other than this note, and it just so happens we have a body yet to be disposed of and 'discovered' by the guards." Petrie said happily.
"Yes, that'll do nicely. Excellent work Petrie." the Noble said Smiling from ear to ear. "Fetch the corpse from the cellar." he called down the hall "And put it in a Burlap sack." he chuckled. now speaking to Petrie. " Make sure to find a dark alley to dump the body. After all we wouldn't want the Guards to trace the poor chap back to us now would we?" the two men grin and chuckle as Petrie leaves the house to dispose of their 'courier'...
