In life, hindi natin maiiwasan na makaramdam ng lungkot. Given na yan eh. Pero meron sa atin na merong mga pinaghuhugutan, may ugat. Yung iba sobrang tagal ng nakatago, naiilabas pero hindi nakakalimutan kaya ang tendency, lumalalim ng lumalalim. Kadalasan nagiging depression. 

Dumadating tayo sa punto na minsan, ayaw na natin. Hindi na kinakaya yung sakit ng kalooban, dahil alam natin na kahit maging masaya tayo mamaya, bukas o sa isang araw, babalik at babalik pa rin yung lungkot, longing and emptiness. It doesn't mean na ayaw na nating mabuhay. Hindi yun yon eh. Gusto na lang natin tapusin yung sakit. 

May iba sa atin na suicide ang ginagawang solusyon. Hindi naman natin pwedeng sisihin ang isang taong ginawa yun sa sarili nya kasi, it's either, napagod na sya, walang nakinig o wala syang mapagsabihan ng nararamdaman nya.

Sa circle of friends natin, we should always keep in mind that every one of us has our own problems. We should always be sensitive sa mga bibitawan nating salita. Because we'll never know, baka mamaya dinadamdam na pala ng mga kaibigan natin ang mga sinasabi at binibiro natin.

I know, because I have been there. I do believe that the more we tend to close our doors for someone who needs us, the more he/she won't knock again. Please be kind, if what he/she needed was your ears and your time, make time. Because there is nothing more we can do to a person who is seeking understanding except to listen and to understand.
