The battle began, we both rushed for the first hit, but a path of ice appeared under the overgrown manticore "I'll help, just keep going!" Weiss yelled I reached for her and threw her on my back for a better picture of the situation. The Grimm leaped off the field and landed on a building, soon demolishing it because of its weight, Weiss created some glyphs in front of me, sending me with great speed I headbutted it on the side and earned a painful scream, he stroked with its sting, I dodged but Weiss took the hit and was sent flying.
I reached for her before she fell on the ground "sorry" I think this pained me more than a kick on the balls "be... behind you" Weiss said in a hushed tone, I turned my head to see the manticore rising its claw towards me when a yellow blur passed through and tackled the monster against a building "Damn that Yang sure likes rugby".
I rushed the Grimm and bit its belly, it screeched and began dissolving into the thin air "thanks" she ignored me and went to fight the others. Meanwhile, Glynda repaired the hole made by the explosion so I decided to take Weiss to the infirmary.
They were billions, even though Glynda patched the floor there was still a lot of Grimm *through intercom* "students there have been spotted 8 more holes all over the city, everyone's doing what they can, we need to endure until the Atlas army arrives with reinforcements" Ozpin's voice warned us all 'what the hell, this was never part of the plan, it was supposed to be only one hole' I analyzed the situation and prepared myself to jump to the nearest hole.
But was cut off by someone calling me "Y/N!" I turned my face and walked to the source of the sound because I would have broken everything on my path if I had run. I found team RWBY and JNPR fighting, with Glynda repairing the hole "who called me" Jaune signaled the roof of a house were I saw Cinder and his lackeys.
I didn't have time to ask why as she said: "It's time, you should let Ms. Goodwitch rest, all that hard work must have had her tired" she had that damn smug smile in her face, then, realization hit me like a truck, quickly before leaving room for thought, I leaped at GLynda and bite her.
Everyone was horrified as the only thing left from Glynda were here legs and left arm, as the rest was in my mouth "you monster!" Yang uppercut me with such strength that I was sent flung through an entire block of apartments, luckily Mercury was there to attack the now powerless girl that Yang was as she just used her semblance, and soon knock her out.
