I walked out of my room and went down to the living room and saw Mrs Alexia and the girls from the orphanage standing there staring at me. "Good morning?" I said questionably. "We have a surprise for you!" The youngest girl, Elizabeth shouted. Mrs Alexia walked over to me and handed me a VIP pass for the Chyler Leigh panel at ClexaCon. I covered my mouth to stop from screaming. A tear ran down my eye and I pulled Alexis into a hug. "T-t-t-thank you so much" I squealed between breaths. "You have an hour before we have to get going!" Alexis smiled. "Y-y-yeah okay of course" And with that I ran back up to my room.

When I got to my room I carefully took down a picture of Chyler from my wall to get autographed. After practically taking everything out of my closet I chose this:

I decided to put my medium length light brown hair into a half up bun look. I placed my heart monitor into my backpack with the wire still attacked to my chest. I took a deep breath and put my phone in the back pocket of my jeans and headed down stairs.

Meet and greet time. I was on line Mrs. Alexia next to me cause I can't go on my own, the sad part is that if I was any other 14 year old in the orphanage I could've but when your heart could stop at any minute, your privileges get limited. I was dancing around in place with so much excitement and when it was my turn to come face to face with Chyler freaking Leigh I froze. I forgot how to form words like a human. "Hi, what's your name?" Chyler asked me. "Me? Oh u-u-uhh I'm Vannesa" I smiled. Chyler could sense my nervousness cause she pulled me into a hug. Normally when people I don't know well hug me I have panic attacks but not only was it Chyler, I felt awkwardly safe in her arms. "I-I was wondering if you could sign these" I said handing her my sanvers poster and a picture of her. "Of course my love" she replied. I felt my heart beating at a crazy rate and then my fucking monitor went crazy causing everyone to stare at me. "I-I'm s-sorry, just a little nervous uh one second" I bit my lip and took my monitor out of my bag and pressed a few buttons. Chyler nodded respectfully and I normally when people do that it's like their trying to empathize and give me pity but there was something about her smile that made it seem sincere. I quickly put it away before more people started looking at me with pity and saw Mrs Alexis looking at me with a worried face. "I-I-I'm fine Mrs. Alexis" I gave a small smile. Chyler signed the pictures and I gave her a notebook I made with notes for her, I hid my number in it cause I wanted to get to know her, the only mother type figure I had left. She took some pictures with me and gave me a hug goodbye. I felt completed. When I got back to the orphanage I went to my room and started crying, happy tears. That was a first.
