Scarlett's POV
As we step out of the elevator and towards my room, I could feel her trying to relax her racing heart.
"I don't know if I should be excited about that or worried.' I think.
We reach my room, and I almost miss her whole body stiffen. I ignore it and open the door.
"Ladies first," I tell.
She let's go of my arm and walks inside with me right behind her. I close the door behind me and see her sitting on the bed, her legs crossed, right over left, with the slit of her dress showing off her ample leg up to her thighs.
"Like what you see?" she asks seductively.
Her voice was smooth like velvet, but I could hear some nervousness in her voice. I swallow the dryness that caught my throat and tried to speak."I wanted to get us alone so we could finally talk," I tell.
She leans back on her hands a little bit and looks at me; eyebrow raised like my statement was false.
"......Alright. Let's talk." she says."What's your favorite color?" I ask, taking a seat on the bed.
"Really? Are we back in high school now?" she giggles.
"Maybe, but it got you to loosen up a little bit. Now answer the question." I say.
"Y/F/C. What about you?" she asks.
"Red. Favorite book?" I ask.
"Y/F/B. I love the plot, twist, and turns with it," she says.
We went onto talking for a good portion of the night and broke into the minibar. We were laughing freely and went as far as scooting closer to each other.
"So there I was, head to toe soaked in ice-cold water clothes, cause they wanted to make the scene more believable, waiting on the sidelines for my que and the director says that the scene wasn't what the movie needed and cut the whole thing out." Y/N tells, laughing.
"So you were standing in soaked clothes for at least two hours waiting, and they scrapped the whole scene?? That must have made you mad." I tell after taking a sip of our champagne."I was livid. I had told the director those hours were wasted for nothing if we were going to do anything with that scene I was prepared for and no time to do any other scene that day, knowing I had other gigs that I needed to be at. He said if it was too much for me to handle for me to walk away." she says.
"Did you?" I ask."I did. He didn't think that I would, because he knew that I would have been one of the best actresses he's hired onto one of his movies. Even his boss said to get me back on, but I refused." she says.
"His loss," I say.
"So tell me something. Why does everyone, including the media, perceive you like this badass player?" she asks.
"The media likes to spin a lot of things about me. That I've had a lot of women in my bed, I have a child out of wedlock, not paying on child support, the list goes on." I tell."Well, what's true then?" she asks.
".....I'm just a regular celebrity that wants to get to know you," I tell. She smiles at me and leans against my side. I make a move and loop my arm around her waist. I pull her against me, and she squeaks at the movement but doesn't pull away. She turns towards me, and we stare at each other.
We both lean in, and we kiss.
'God, she tastes so good. What I wouldn't give to save this taste.' I think.I cup her cheek with my hand and pull her in deeper into the kiss. She moans in my mouth and pushes herself closer to me. The door behind me opens, and I hear Jeremy's voice.
"Hey Scarlett, I lost you at the party and wanted to....oh," Jeremy says, walking in.
We pull away, and I turn to Jeremy, glaring at him for interrupting.
"Sorry, I'll go," Jer tells.
"No. I'll go. I got to find Emma anyway." Y/N tells.
