Going through the Darkness Road, I felt like someone was watching me. Something was watching me. I looked around and saw nothing but trees and of course, darkness.

I wasn't scared of course. This was not the first time that i felt that. Besides, I can take care of myself.

After 15 minutes, I reached school. It was the lamest place I've ever been to. The greyish walls were being infested by bugs and germs. Gross.

The waiting shed however, was my most favored place in the whole school.

This was where I met Cole.

The reason why I'm friends with Cole is because he has a dark humour. I mean, we literally understand each other.

What he doesn't know is my real Identity.

All he knows is I'm Damien and I live with my dad and my sister. I kinda feel bad for keeping this from him. But its for his and my own good.

Cole and I finished our last class during the day. We were planning on cutting our classes.

We met at the back of the school. The usual.

"Ready Damien?" Cole said.
I nodded. "Ready Cole?" He smiled.

We started climbing the wall. It wasn't hard at all. In fact, I'm an expert at climbing walls. Perks of being a murderer.

In a matter of seconds, we have reached the other side of the wall. Finally, we were out of that hell hole.

Our usual bussiness started. We ran into the woods. We ran and ran until the trees became thicker and taller.

We stopped at a clearing. It seems that we have reached our destination.

"Ha! I win!" I shouted at Cole. I was the first to reach the clearing!

Cole is a fast runner. But this time, I win.

"Yeah, Yeah," He panted as he dropped his bag somewhere in the ground.

I laughed. But a laugh joined me.

It's him.
He's here.

I covered my ears. I can hear ringing and laughing at the same time and it's hurting my ear.

Cole rushed to me but I can't hear him. I stepped on something making me fall.

Suddenly, the ringing and laughing stopped. The sound of the forest was left.

I looked at Cole.
"What was that?!" He yelled. "You were screaming a-and-" He stopped.

"You're bleeding," He whispered but it was loud enough for me to hear.

I looked at my right hand and, sure enough, It had little blood dripping from a small gash. It was on the palm of my hand.

"Yeah, It's ok, I can take care of this-" I turned back to Cole.

I was shocked. And for the first time, I was scared... Of my friend.
