You have lived in Jersey since you were 7, but sadly had to move at that same age. What will happen when you come back home to your now grown childhood friends who have made another friend.
It was now 5:30 and I started to drive to the movie theatre.

i wore this outfit and curled my hair. I looked actually decent for once and I was proud. I arrived at exactly 5:45. I hopped out of my care and saw Mattia and Alvaro already there. I ran and hugged them as if I haven't seen them in weeks. As soon as I approached them I asked "Where's Kairi". They looked at each other and laughed and Mattia spoke up "Oh your boyfriend he's inside waiting in line with Alejandro to get drinks and popcorn." I walked up really fast and bought my ticket because there was no line and we walked inside with to the other 2 boys. I walked up with the same enthusiasm and hugged them both. While in line I kept seeing Kairi look in my direction. I caught him one time in particular and laughed a bit loud. We soon got our drinks/food and walked into the theatre. The seating was Mattia, Me, Kairi, Ale, Alvaro. I was glad me and Kairi were sitting next to each other. The movie started. I was extremely scared because we were watching "IT 2". About 10 minutes in there was a jumpscare, I let out a tiny scream and grabbed onto Kairis arm. He looked at me and smiled. THAT DAMNNN SMILE. I was still on his arm when he started to move his hand closer and closer to mine. I noticed what he was trying to do so I connected mine to his in a matter of seconds. We both looked at each other and I could feel my face getting red. I leaned against his should while He leaned against my head. The boys noticed and started aweeing in the middle of the movie. I whisper yelled at all of them to shut the fuck up. The movie was coming to an end and we were in the same position. When it finally ended we got up still hand in hand and walked out. I saw Ale whisper to him what sounded like "Get your girl bro" and Kairi responded with another whisper sounding like "I wish". I blushed so hard when I heard that. Kairi's POV Since the day I saw y/n I knew she was different in the best way possible. The movie was amazing with her and I feel like there's a possibility she might like me back. Every moment I'm with her is already a great one. I know for a fact I'm falling for this girl but I don't know if she feels the same. back to y/n's POV We walked out of the theatre and started messing around like teens do ya know. Then one by one everyone left. I hugged them all goodbye. It was just Kairi and I left. I looked at him and to let him know I needed to go. We gave each other a small but meaningful hug. I pulled away but not fully and was once again staring into those big brown eyes. I leant in and kissed him on the cheek, then broke fully from the hug. I walked away looking like a tomato. While leaving I saw Mattia in his car cheering Kairi on, I laughed at the sight. I went home and threw myself onto the bed smiling as wide as possible. I said out loud "Kairi"..."Kairi Cosentino". What was the purpose of that? I don't know. I just feeling some type of way about him and I can't exactly explain it yet. I fell asleep thinking about that special boy.
