Manik's pov:

After over conversation both of us were silent... and i drove as fast as could to reach home....
soon enough we reached and the gate was closed because if which i gave a honk this took nandini's attention and she looked ahead.... i glanced at her face which was saying she was quite surprised.... i mentally chuckled and drove inside with cabir's car following us.... parking the car in front the main gate i unbuckled the belt and looked at nandini who was gaping at me....

Me: what???

I said raising my eye brows.... on which she hurriedly nodded in no... and i asked her....

Me: to chalo kiska wait kr rhi ho??

Saying this i came out to see cabir with the other three were standing looking at my home... i turned my gaze to nandini who just closed to door when i listened mukti so i looked at her...

Mukti: manik you have such a beautiful house...
Me: home it is mukti...

Yes for me it is my home not house.... house is just a building while home is built by love and our little family built our home with all the love....

Me: come lets go...

I asked them chuckling my thoughts.... aryaman walked with me behind us cabir and nandini and at last Abhimanyu and mukti....
As soon as we entered the living room i almost shouted....

Me: MOM... MOM...
Neyonika: a rhi hun manik...

And i gave an ear to ear smile to my friends who were confused because of my behavior... I chuckled and listened someone... there comes my mom....

Neyonika: kia hua manik?? Asy q chila rhy thy???

I turned to mom and she looked at my friends.... she eyed me for an answer so....

Me: mom these are my friends from Mumbai... actually the mobile incident brought them here...

Mom nodded in ok... and I introduced everyone....

Me:so this is cabir....
Cabir: hello aunty...

On which mom nodded and greeted him back...

Me: this mukti, aryaman, Abhimanyu....
Trio: hello aunty...
Neyonika: hello bachon...

At last i looked at nandini and introduced her to mom...

Me: ok last but not the least she us NANDINI...

And the next thing was mom looking at me with the biggest smile of her.... She asked me something through her eyes and i had nothing else to do instead of nodding.... and this made her smile go wider... both of us came back from our eye talks when Nandini greeted mom....

Nandini: namaste aunty...

Mom was smiling and winked at me and greeted back nandini....

Neyonika: namaste beta...
Me: and guys this young lady over here is my mom Neyonika vikram malhotra....

And i side hugging her kissed her head which she smilingly held my arm...

Cabir's pov:

Manik introduced us to her mother... but when he told aunty about nandini they eventually had an eyes talk whose topic was known by me... i smirked when i listened a voice blabbering something in my ear... it was mukti...

Mukti: did you saw that???
Me: what???

I asked in a mere whisper....

Mukti: manik and his mom...
Me: you too noticed that???

I asked with a surprised voice... on which she nodded and next we did was smirk...
this is gonna be so much fun....

Nandini's pov:

Meeting manik's mom he took us to his dad... but after showing us his home.... it was beautiful and elegant at the same time.... we reached the room when manik opened the door.... it was a small sitting area and when we entered listening to some voices we turned to the right side to see a man laying on the bed.... he must be his father... with him a girl and a boy were sitting.... i think they are jeff and zubin.... manik walked to the bed and sitting next to the man said...

Manik: how are you dad???
Vikram: im fine... but how are these young people???

Uncle asked pointing at us....

Manik: my friends from mumbai.... 

Then he turned to us and said...

Manik: so guys this is my father vikram malhotra... and these two....

Manik was cut by the girl.... ammm yea Jeff...

Jeff: come on manik we can introduce ourselves....

Next she came and forwarding her hand said...

Jeff: hey guys.... im jeff Rathore.... manik's bua's daughter.... and he is Zubin my elder brother...
Zubin: hey guys....

And he waved a hand to us....
We sat there in his father's room as manik asked us... and we talked to the trio happily...
Manik's father is such a kind hearted person.... he remind me of appa... remembering appa my eyes welled up but I immediately wiped my eyes before anyone could see....

Manik's pov:

I was laughing at cabir's joke along others when my eyes fell on nandini who was wiping her eyes.... was she crying??? But why???
Before anyone could say or do anything the door of the room got opened and here comes my mamma...

Neyonika: arey tum logon yahan ho??? Freshen up...

She said looking at everyone.... then she turned to me and asked me...

Neyonika: go manik show them the rooms upstairs and everyone get freshen up... in the dinning room in 30 minutes... so be fast...

Saying this she went away while five friends of mine were looking at each other...

Me: don't worry guys... its just mom will never let anyone compromise on there food... come ill show you guys your rooms...

Later we went upstairs... mukti and nandini opted to take one room... while Abhimanyu and aryaman shared one at last cabir took a separate room as he don't wanna share his bed with anyone.... typical cabir....
freshening up i walked out of my room to see all of them too came out of there rooms...

Me: chalo jldi... mom is gonna be angry...

And with this four of then walked away while me and nandini walked at the end... going downstairs i held nandini's hand which made her look at me... that's when i asked her...

Me: y were you crying???

And her eyes went wide... I chuckled at this little doll... but then she lowered her eyes nodding in no... i stopped my tracks and looked at other who were walking.... and turned my gaze to nandini who was looking down at our entwined hands... i moved forward to her and said....

Me: just remember no matter what im gonna be there for you at every step of your life...

Saying this i gently pecked her forehead and leaving her hand walked ahead... i looked back to saw her looking at me... i winked at her which made her turn her gaze... i smiled and walked to the dining area with her behind me...
