Chapter 1 Its Time

I walked down the long hall, my gown swaying side to side as I walked it was bright outside and it was quiet. Waking up early was so not my thing. And I kept walking the house was huge so im not surprised im still walking. 

That was a long walk from the bathroom, I thought

Humming I walked back into my room the sun shining through her blue curtains and my small cat leaning against the window "hi Bell how are you" I looked at my cat Bell who jumps down from the window and made her way out of the room.

"I guess that was a no answer..."

I sighed and sat down on my bed the softness made me wanna go back to sleep I need to get dress or mom will be mad I walked to the closet and pulled out a bunch of clothes. "I guess I will wear this," I said and I changed out of my nightgown before heading back to the bathroom. I looked in the mirror my long blonde hair was very messy and my blue eyes all droopy.

Jeez I look terrible I thought

I decided to brush my long hair and leave it down and then I walked downstairs to the kitchen "hi mom I'm ready to go"  waved to my mother who was putting her shoes on my mother was always in a good mood but I notice she had deep sorrow in her eyes. "What's wrong mom?" I asked. 

"Oh nothing honey I'm just a little scared about today I really hope you're not chosen or your sister" I walked over to my mom I didn't like it when she was sad. I wrapped my arms around her neck and gave her a hug. "Don't be sad" I whispered and I kissed her on the forehead and went outside to see my dad sitting on the bench that sat in front of our house.

"Hi Dad," I said walking over to him

"Hi, darling are you and your sister ready?" my dad asked, I could tell he was crying, he was wiping his eyes and they were red. I felt bad for my dad he had told me many times that he wanted this day to never come. 

"Yeah I'm ready also mom is ready too but let me go see if Chloe is ready" I ran upstairs to my sister's room and peeked inside. My sister was sitting at the end of her bed with a picture in her hand I could tell she wasn't in a good mood.

"Something wrong?" I asked knocking on her door

"Oh-uh nothing is good"

I walked over and sat next to Chloe "it's going to be ok I promise" I whispered and hugged her tight before letting go and getting up. "I know you will miss your boyfriend and all but trust me everything will be fine now let's go its time" Noelle took the photo of her sister's boyfriend and set it down on the bed. "You really think so?" Chloe asked. "Yes I know so you have nothing to worry about" and pulled I my sister downstairs 

"Everyone ready?" my Dad asked,

I nodded and we got into the car and drove to the stadium
