Quirk type: Transformation

Quirk description:

The quirks user is able to turn their body, or just parts of their body into water whilst still being able to move around. The more water drunk, the easier it is to become liquified and the more powerful the quirk will be.

Strengths:

The quirks user is able to move through even the tiniest of gaps whilst in their liquid state. It's also easier to move around and stay hidded. Having this quirk also gives you the ability to blend in with water, so basically they become apart of an already existing body of water and can freely move through it with little to no struggle.

Drawbacks and weaknesses:

There is a limited amount of time one can stay in this liquified state and that depend on how long the quirk user can hold their breath.

Over use of this quirk will lead to dehydration. The quirks user will also need to drink at least a gallon of water a day for it to be able to function at its full potential.
