The Gammas Daughter

Prologue

Ryan and Katrina Smith are expecting their first born any day now. Excited about being new parents, the couple decided to go out one last time as two before they became a three.

Ryan decided to take Katrina to one of her favourite places, The Fall Carnival. Whilst there they played games, went on a couple of rides like the paddle boats and the Ferris wheel and had a look at all the stalls and that's when a new stall captured Katrina's eye.

There was a new fortune teller in town and Katrina has heard that these people are never wrong and she decided she wanted to know what the future held for her and Ryan and their unborn child.

Ryan didn't really believe in fortune tellers so he waited outside while Katrina went in to have her fortune told. She was greeted by Athena, Moon Goddess herself and Katrina was shocked to have such a honour of being in her presence.

Athena welcomed Katrina with open arms and told her she had some news for her and it was about her unborn child.

Please don't be alarmed Katrina, your unborn child is going to have a future but there is one thing you must know.

She is gifted to have a special bond with the golden wolf which is also known as my wolf. Your child is special and I decided to grant this amazing gift upon them.

But be aware of who seeks her scent as it can be bad as well as good.

And with that Athena was gone. With the new news about the child Katrina mind-linked Ryan to tell him as she knew that no one else could hear and Ryan was thrilled but also worried. What if their child were to be a girl? And what if her mate was to be evil?

This was something they both had to think about long and hard. They decided to tell the Alpha, Luna and the Beta and his Luna about this gift as Ryan was the Gamma of the Silver mountain Pack and he knew he could trust his best friends and they will help guide him and Katrina when needed.

Then the day came where Katrina went into labour and gave birth to a beautiful baby girl who had golden hair and that's when she and Ryan knew that Athena did in fact bless her with the Golden wolf gene.

Worried about their daughters safety Ryan and Katrina moved into the pack house along with the Alpha, Luna and the Beta and his Luna and their children just to make sure their daughter was surrounded by strong wolves but they knew they couldn't protect her forever.
