A/N 1 : Terms Explained
Song Used "This One Goes Out To..." By "Streetlight Manifesto"
A/N (Read below to find out what "A/N" means): This chapter should explain some common terms within the story, If I begin to use a term commonly and I dont explain it the first time I use it or explain it here than feel free to comment something like "Bruh dafuk does dat mean?" and I will happily block you then not so happily admit my mistake, unblock you, And correct my mistake then pretend my mistake never happened.
Other Info,
Writing habits of mine:
I have a few writing habits that some people may not understand, One thing is I like to make "A/N" (See Acronyms Section for Info on Words in Quotes/Bold.) chapters every 3 chapters EXACTLY, I also always make a songs used chapter that lists every chapter and the song used in it for reading convenience. I like to use obscure "PoV" styles as it makes the story seem more disconnected from reality, More unreal, More dream like. That is usually what I try to aim for when writing serious stories, It adds an effect where everything bad that happens seems hopeless and darker, because you are thrown into a world with no explanation as to who you are and where you are, And you now have to fend for yourself. It adds an effect that I really like into the story. I've always liked the nighttime aesthetic where everything is dark colored and the only thing lighting the area is an old style street light, It adds a strange and mysterious atmosphere to everything, Where everything seems dark and you can't change that, It's as if it is engraved into the landscape that it will look like that. If my explaining failed have a look for yourself above in the chapter's image. Pairing this atmosphere with the right music makes for what in my opinion is an immersive aesthetic, hence why I use these kinds of images and music in every chapter.
Acronyms,
PoV:
"PoV" is a short way of saying "Point of View"
A/N:
"A/N" is a short way of saying "Author Note" or "A Note". When I use it, I use it as "A Note", I personally think constantly bringing up that I am the author seems a bit self absorbed of a thing to do.
F/N:
"F/N" Means "First Name". In this story this is used when a character refers to the protagonist by their first name as the reader decides the protagonists name.
L/N:
"L/N" Means "Last Name". In this story this is used when a character refers to the protagonist by their last name as the reader decides the protagonists name.
PoV's Explained,
First Person PoV:
This Point of View reffers to the person who you currently take the perspective of as "I", "Me", "Myself", Etc. essentially you take the perspective of the character completely as if you were that character.
Second Person PoV:
A less common Point of View that reffers to the character you take the perspecive of currently with terms like "You", It is like your actions are being narrated almost. I personally really like this Point of View.
Third Person PoV:
This perspective uses tems like "They", "He", "Her", "Them", "Their", Etc. except you don't take the perspective of a person within the story you take the perspective of someone looking in from the outside.
